Logan did what he was meant to but still showed little improvement from 2 years ago overthrowing on shots, lack of balance etc. He could and should be so much better than he is

I mean all of this is very fair. It is truly shocking someone of his size lacked the capability to throw a punch that could hurt anyone. That being said he fought easily one of the most pathetic citizens of earth alive. And that fight was an embarrassment no matter how you look at it. Dillon Danis feeling literally anything but shame at this moment would be a sign of a much larger problem because it would been his delusions were actual mania.

I agree but tbf he wasn't training boxing he was doing WWE and honestly I don't think he gives af about boxing at this point, I don't think he even wants to fight let's be real if he wanted it he'd already catch up to the likes of ksi and jake paul but it's clear as day that his heart and his natural abilities are not there so I think he should just stick to what he actually enjoys instead of chasing this boxing bag

@@accountnew7030 i’ve seen a bunch of people talk about Logan when he’s in camp and sparring fights how everyone thinks he should fight given his athletic ability. A few of the guys had talked about this during the fight build up and then again after the Anthony Taylor fight on the lower card, Logan sparred, Anthony Taylor, and apparently rolled into the session, hung over from partying the night before, and proceeded to beat the living fuck out of Anthony Taylor, knocking him down several times before Taylor threw in the towel within a round. I truly think, after seeing all of his fights now and a few of his KZread videos that he just lacks that last gear when the fight is actually on. He did this navy seal training video a couple years ago, and part of it was he just walked into a room, and with no warning, a bunch of guys were in that room and jumped him. Logan was able to push them off and get out of there, but didn’t really fight in the way that you would expect he should in that situation do. He was huffing and puffing about. He didn’t want to hurt them, he was so fired up and he was angry because he didn’t like being put in that situation and didn’t want to hurt people. And I think that tells everything about Logan when he’s actually put in that situation like in a fight, he doesn’t have with Jake in case I have in terms of that I’m going to kill you now once the pressure is on. I know he has been training really consistently since the Floyd Mayweather fight outside of the recovery he needed for when he broke his wrist and hand. he needs to switch up coaches if he wants to really take his game to the next level. I think Milton is a great coach, but Logan is describe that relationship is almost being a second father and Milton almost acts, like the caretaker for Logan as well. I think he needs to really find some coach who’s going to take them out of his norm and really push him.

Let’s be honest. No one expected Dillon to do anything. He may be the “fighter” but as it is MMA fighters generally make terrible boxers and Dillon was hardly an MMA fighter to begin with. IMO it’s a little more of a letdown on Logan’s end. He should have been able to dismantle Dillon no matter the situation. Dillon was a literal punching bag for Christ sake. Don’t get me wrong Dillon deserves all the hate he gets but all things considered he did better than I thought. I wasn’t expecting anything from him at all, for him to sit there and absorb all of Logan’s punches speaks to his toughness. IDC if he was just trying not to get KO’d. Logan should’ve crumbled Dillon with body shots and it should have been a TKO at the very least. Just a bad fight all around TBH.

I think the saddest thing about Dillon is that he forfeited all his talents and potential in order to bolster his character and bank account. He was kicked out of his gym for what I could gather was bad behavior, started buying into his own hype because of his association with Conor, and somewhat gave up on grappling and fighting altogether (though he was also gone due to the 2 knee surgeries, so I can't fully put the blame on him) just to be a troll on social media. I have minimal grappling knowledge but from what I've heard, despite his record, Dillon was an actually elite grappler and seemed like a prodigy in his prime. Imagine if instead of being a troll and Conor's lackey, he let go of his pride and took fighting seriously all the way through. If instead of bouncing around random gyms for light spars with Alex Pereira etc., he actually got a legitimate team and focused on all aspects of his game, continuing to master bjj, developing his striking and learning how to actually take somebody down. I feel like he had the potential to be a great fighter if not for his own ego and antics (and the injuries too).

I get the idea of Dillon lost the war as a fighter...but if you look at his social media presence he's gained like 1m followers in the 6 weeks before the fight, so as much as he's probably not going to be hired to fight, he'll use McGregor's sparing as reason to get hired by fighters to spar and take a beating, then he goes home and becomes a social media troll with this huge new following he's got. So as much as we can say he's lost the fight war of being a fighter he'll still be making money in all these other social media avenues now that he wasn't before as people found it funny for the most part. It's a sad reality about society, idiots like him always land on their feet better then ever more than get punished for their nonsense.

On the other hand your right about Logan not being able to KO him funnily enough though I think if Dillon was trading Logan might’ve had a better chance to do this as Dillon would be leaving himself exposed when throwing punches at times. After everything Dillon said about Logan and his fiancé, that online war he waged on Logan, he'd built himself up, gained a lot of popularity and people's interest in this fight which I think Ironically only served to backfire on him by placing massive pressure on him instead of Logan, and he didn't want to be spectacularly knocked out after all that hype and become one of Logan's most overplayed meme-reels since Logan would have LOVED one of those "I got my revenge and knocked out Dillon! That's for you!(what's his tarts name?) I guess Dillon never really believed deep down that he could beat Logan but instead of going into this fight low-key and getting a purse for a loss as intended, he instead decided he was worth more than that punchbag loser status. I think he might have actually had some plans to actually throw punches at Logan more often and even go after Logan, but I guess once Logan started banging a few shots through Dillon's guard he didn't like the power Logan hit with and scrapped that idea, then spent the rest of the fight trying to formulate a way to save some cred which in Dillon's head was to get Logan in a guillotine only not only was that a seriously dimwitted thing to do in a boxing match but he couldn't even do that properly, which made him go from looking embarrassing and gun shy, to just plain pathetic beyond belief.
