Ep. 28 Dillon Danis on KNOCKING OUT Logan Paul and showing his true colors

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this week's episode of the Johnny Drinks Podcast! Today, we were joined by BJJ world champion and internet sensation, Dillon Danis. Him and I sat down and talked through the chaos that's been going on across social media relating to his upcoming fight with Logan Paul. We saw a different side of Dillon as he opened up about his personal life, his devotion to being a true martial artist and his dreams of becoming the best in the world. It was a refreshing conversation that shows a different side of him. Drop a comment below and let us know what you think!
Note we wanted to film and publish this podcast ASAP so my dad was unfortunately not around to attend. We plan to get Dillon back on so all three of us can chop it up.

Let's face it. The only reason Logan picked this fight is because he thought Dillon was hated enough to paint himself a hero... only for Logan to find out people hate him more than Dillon. So stop crying Logan.. you asked for this fight you knew what you were getting yourself into Lol.

Yeah when the crypto zoo stuff happened I predicted he would come back to boxing on misfits. It’s the only way he could save himself from being permanently cancelled. Kinda like the first time when the whole Japan thing happened. He really has to thank KSI, he literally saved his career multiple times and even let him in on the prime thing.

Not only that but Logan is 0-4 or whatever. He desperately needs a W. Especially with that ego fueled rant against his brother where essentially he told Jake he’s a better fighter and that people are ducking him. Logan NEEDS this W. He’s banking in it. Dillon has an opportunity to ruin SO much.

Only about half way through this but it’s the first time I’m seeing the more genuine side of Dillon and he does seem like a good guy. Last time he was on the mma hour Ariel was really snarky with him and I don’t think he fully realized that Dillon plays some things up to be entertaining. Called him the “wet fart of mma” and took a lot of stuff personally. Dillon is really maximizing his brand by trolling and playing the villain roll. Gotta respect that because it’s working and not everyone can succeed in it.
