Fun to see how the conversation changed for Logan, when he realised what kind of mind set Erling has as an athlete. Keeping the talk real and interesting about that subject, and not joke about partying and clubbing. Even though he's young, his achievements are thus far amazing. How all that came to be is a mixture of many things. Physic and talent for sure, but most of all grit. Erling is all about how to bring out the best potential of the body and mind. Meaning - not being excessive with what he exposes himself to. Focus on sleep, staying active, relax/recover and be mindful of what he puts into his body. Something he has in common with top athletes in all sorts of sports. Great to get a little bit of insight to his thoughts on the matter. It's inspirational. Reflective. More to come the next decade from this young footballer. Cheers from an arsenal-fan (and fellow norwegian)
