This is super cool. Never wanted to end up in claims, but I went through a trainee program with a major carrier. When I was a desk adjuster briefly for property, my biggest battle with the client was convincing them that the field adjuster is independent. I didn't exactly agree and I see why they wouldnt either. As a field adjuster, how do these conversations usually go for you when you show up to a site?

@@yancyrichards2045 I understand that, I just found it difficult to call them "independent" to a claimant when they clearly want to maintain our business.

@@yancyrichards2045 I was not an agent, I was a desk adjuster in property. I am simply saying when I had a claimant with a new loss, I would typically have to tell them I am sending an independent field adjuster to evaluate damages. It's entirely part of that job
