This video is my Persuasive Speech video for my Public Speaking class at school last year. I’ve haven’t talked a whole bunch about my opinion of the transition to Electric Vehicles, but this video basically sums up my thoughts on Electric Vehicles and how they will effect our world from now on. It’s unfortunate that the automotive industry has become a political topic. I’m not one that tries to get involved with politics, nor do I side with either party. But I have a strong opinion about this topic and I did weeks of research to back up my opinion. I could go on and on about my thoughts on electric vehicles. I think it’s stupid and unfair that the government wants to faze out Internal Combustion Engine vehicles (ICE Vehicles), and fully replace them with fully Electric Vehicles. All the strict regulations on the production of internal combustion engines vehicles is beyond ridiculous and unnecessary. I think it’s cool that electric vehicles exist, but I will always believe that everyone should have the right to choose if they want to own internal combustion engine vehicles or fully electric vehicles. Like I stated in this video, the transition to electric vehicles will not only not fix climate change, but it will add to climate change and make the issue even worse. If you disagree with this, I respect your opinion and will agree to disagree. But that doesn’t mean we should be forced to switch to electric vehicles. Everything stated in this video are facts from reliable resources and they do show the truth of what the transition to electric vehicles will look like. Thank you very much for watching.
