I suffered greatly from both of these but now that I’m in my 40s - my skin has changed. One thing I wanted to share is that the pore strips or any extractions on the nose, I found really dried up my nose and I would get flaky skin on my nose while it healed. The clay masks or chemical exfoliants I find don’t do that as long as they are hydrating as well.
