I bought a Baerskin hoodie and I really like it, it's a solid piece of clothing. Delivery time was exactly precisely as advised, and the hoodie was very well packaged.

They were very fast, even live chat when i was purchasing, now that ive ordered not so much. As a matter of fact havent returned a message yet. Apparently the hoodies and belt been in Jamaica, NY. for 10 days.

Edited: After submitting the complaint I wrote here to BAERSkin again, I was surprised to receive an email stating they had taken the comments to heart and included them in the next version. they then said they would give me a new version 3.0 of the fleece hoodie and it is awesome. So, I went from this below to now being sold on them and likely going to get one of their waterproof hoodies also. **************************************************** WORST GARMENT PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE. I bought the hoodie in 3X and the body fits fine. But the arms are made for some pencil man, they are stretched tight from my wrists to my shoulders so I can't wear it over a long sleeve shirt. And the hood is apparently made for a 50X hoodie as it hangs all the way over my head down to my chin. No adjustment on the back of the hoodie to adjust how far over your head it goes and mine seriously completely comes down to the bottom of my chin, rendering the hoodie unwearable for me. I get NO RESPONSE from their customer service. And from what I've heard from others, returning it is impossible as you will pay more to ship it back to China than you paid for the hoodie and then they still might not refund your money.

Have a bearskin hoodie 3.0 love it want to buy a coat what's the best waterproof coat they make

I'm glad you like it! Their new HeavyStorm Rain Jacket is a great option for something lightweight and packable. Their Softshell Rain Jacket is fleece lined and a nice option for something heavier and warmer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT U HAVE TO SHIP AT YOUR EXPENSE TO SOME PLACE IN CHINA WHERE THE SHIPPING CHARGE US AS MYCH AS THE JACKET WITH NO GUARANTEE OF GETTING ANY REFUND!!

I have and (while I may be a bit biased) it's pretty sweet. The fleece lining is nice, but you will still need layers underneath if its very cold out. The water repellant works great and will definitely keep the rain off you. It is not lightweight and also doesn't pack down super small. But it will fit nicely inside a daypack. I just wouldn't bring it backpacking. It's also definitely more for Fall and early spring because it is warmer with the fleece lining

I live in the UK so of course the zip was on the wrong side this was never mentioned the ad showed it on the left and of course when it came it was on the right not good
