Sunflower +3 production if no structure in 2 adjacent islands. Meaning that if you have two islands next to it with no structures you still get the +3 products even if one adjacent island has the crusher. So it's still worth.

pretty sure that's not how it works... If you put them diagonally to a structure they get the +3 so they dont need 2 islands next to it without structure

I just tried it today. Production was 1, because I had only 1 island with a structure. Then I added 2 islands next to it (they were empty). The production was still 1. I think its bugged.

@@benajmingrasic no... It just means you cant have any structures within 2 islands... This means they are worth more left alone UNTIL you can make sunflower oil. Unless you get the "sunflower produce paste" then it is more valuable to just leave them alone forever

A better way to word sunflowers is "+3 Production if there are 2 or more adjacent islands with no Structures"

That would change the card. You can have 2 islands with structures and 2 locations that don't have land in the version in the video. In your version, if you had 2 islands with structures nearby, you would then need 2 more islands, empty or otherwise, to benefit from that.

@@Alzarath No, it says "if no structures in 2 adjacent islands", not "2 adjacent islands or empty spaces". You need 2 islands that don't have structures. So the proposed rewording wouldn't change it.

you used the fuel infuser on the corn, btw, which you already had a passive ability that caused them not to use water, so i think thats why it didnt help when you used it.

I hope you continue this series. Absolutely love it and like no one is playing it rn.

I think that sunflowers' production gets +3 if there is no structures in two islands that are adjacent to them: If at 10:50 you had built an empty island in the spot north of the sunflowers' island, it would probably have given you the bonus You'll have to try to find out!

It’s probably the “correct” words, but I’m sure we’ve all done or heard of people using Google translate to translate a thing from English into another language, then taking the result and translating it to a different language, repeat with 5 different languages and put it back in English. Your original sentence probably makes zero sense.

idk if im wrong but the wheat killed your water production, the oil infuser on the island with the olives would have negated the issues of the wheat and give you like 64ish water.

Just did a plant only run, you should give it a try! I made it up to the point that rent was $4.8mil. Although, I have faith that you could beat that. Good luck!

You can have 4 tiles next to your sunflower tile. 2 can have structures on it and you still get the bonus... if you have all the 4 the tiles bought and dont put a structure on the remaining 2

if you go into options and turn on nerd mode the number for production and costs do show on top.

Does the adjacency bonus include the island it's on or only other islands which are adjacent? With the solar panel at least it looks like it does not affect its own island.

The water trees made it so the higher the water cost of crops the more water you made so by making it cost no water made it not give any water.

21:34 Isn't the number shown the money you get from ALL wine? If you look at the top left (aka the money count), it only goes up by 300. Also notice the wheat, with this logic it would mean that wheat is worth 14, right? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the former is how it works P. S. love the series!

i gotta say that was a very good run! little thing though, i cannot for everything that is holy understand why you werent rerolling at the beginning. i admit i may have cared about the success of this virtual farm more than is justifiable, but when you were looking for specific things (energy, water) and you got 3 bad options and still didnt reroll a little part of my soul died. great vid 10/10

Giant Sunflower would have given you 76 seeds per turn.

You probably should have rolled more, and also you kept negating water use than taking the replace water with fuel, which basically means you placed a negate water tree for no reason, and are now paying for fuel hahah. But, this is a fun game for sure

The lakes are vwry expensive since you lose a complete island. You have to make use of it very good otherwise better build othern things on t ese islands instead.
