We moved to Lubbock from Dallas about a year ago and we love it here! The food, people, and the cost of living. But our favorite part is that everything is super close. We got so spoiled that when we see something is 15 minutes away it’s considered far lol. Before our move we saw a lot of Andrew’s videos about Lubbock and decided to reach out to him. When we came over here to look at the homes, you can see the passion he has for his job and his clients. Definitely recommend reaching out to him! We miss ya! 😁

Came here for Texas Tech after leaving University Of California over DEI/CRT and Covid Mandates. Asked several times about DEI at Texas Tech. Thought it was going to be a good place to study. Unfortunately, once I was accepted, there was mandatory DEI orientation. Immediately withdrew. I have seen first hand what these ideologies do to a society on The West Coast. Lubbock has a real issue on their hands. We are now leaving for Florida where this ideology has been deleted from Schools and Colleges.

Lubbock is fantastic place to live! Property tax punishes the homeowner, especially those in the areas where the developers, school admin, and constructions have decided we need giant fancy schools. :)

😂 I was always worried about taxes, but the way you put it makes a lot of sense. The fact that your still gaining after a home purchase is awesome and I think in Texas for a homestead your looking at 40k deduction on the home value for taxes which is really awesome. I’ve been looking more and more into things like this because I would be purchasing a home as a first time buyer and I’m just trying to gather as much info before making that giant leap. The videos are awesome and thorough on Lubbock and the lifestyle. Keep up the awesome work! Hopefully I’ll be back in red raider nation here pretty soon!

Here's one advantage to Downtown Lubbock (at least for now), and that's free parking. Really. I don't see any lots charging folks or lots owned by certain companies like the larger cities mostly do. For now, it's a pretty good comparison.

Relocating from Colorado to Texas for job. My job is letting me relocate but its all on my own. Watching your videos, I have set my mind set up on Lubbock. I Just dont know how the process works and what comes first with my house here in Colorado. I see you offer alot of help for people moving from a different state, I just dont know where to start 😞

Can we talk about the REAL cost of living in Lubbock?! It takes twice as much time to go grocery shopping because you're probably going to run in to 3 people you know and, because everyone is so nice, you'll end up in conversations with each of them. Plan accordingly! 😁

The best place to live in Lubbock is the Pioneer Condos in downtown. We lived there for almost two years while we worked to find a home that was right for us. The Pioneer is totally no maintenance fees, no property tax, great people, the LBK micro brew and the West Table restaurant (best 5 star in town) are in the bottom floor of the building, gated parking, and close to the Friday night Art Trail event. Also, the Narrow Bar & Grill is close by. All walking distance!

Oh the Metro Tower has been renovated too. We have not gotten to tour inside yet.
