I'm listening to this right now, as I recently went through a financial trauma of nearly being evicted, and asking bg family to bail me out. This has brought so much shame and guilt, along with feeling of lost of trust with the family member that bailed me out. Since then, I feel like I have to have everything figured out right now...picking up two part-time jobs in addition to working full-time, trying to prove to my family that I really am working on improving my situation, etc.

This was amazing information but I was mystified why she didn’t stop and get to a quieter place because it’s very painful to listen to that background noise. The seagulls were fine but who wants to hear that fire noise. I will look her up in another interview

Yes on the second FB question about people being shamed for what are actually social systems! The mindset argument is BS and I'm tired of it. TBH this video veers in that direction although I follow the nervous system stuff. The capitalist system does in fact put most people in a bind.

Leta cater to and celebrate european people and recognizing european homelands. We are these days actually a marginalized people who are blamed for things other people arent and they are uplifted and prioriticed. That is racist and bullying.
