About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

This woman came off entitled and out of touch. People who grow up rich that don't find fulfillment has nothing to do with money but has to do with the family dynamic. You can be rich and take internships as well. Also, wealth is a relative term. To me, Chris McLeod grew up wealthy and as she said in her video, she took internships. Having money gives you more opportunities to learn and to pursue your dreams. If a wealthy family doesn't teach that, it has to do with the family and not money. This video made me quite angry.

I can't believe I spent 17 min listening to this and not getting at least 1 good message or insight. What was the money in her hand for? By the way. She looked pretty nervous.
