SFAAPK7, basically in part of the bible Jesus rises from the dead in three days. And if someone wakes up they have risen, is a common phrase, at least here in the UK. So the shop being called Christ the King and not being open in the morning, means it hasn't risen yet.

***** They only use Rovers while filming in europe. Otherwise they rent whatever utility vehicles are available in the country they are filming in. (At some points in this film you get a glimpse of them riding in Land cruisers.)

Those side roads remind me of when I was in an urban area outside Nakuru, Kenya. I was on a bus and our driver was really good at navigating the terrain in 35 ft bus. Amazing drivers in Kenya.
