I have been trying out different plants to help for stress ranging from ashwagandha, kava, and kratom. I started practicing OMAD I consume a 80/20 plant based and quality natural meats, mushrooms, and leafy greens, I take black seed oil, turmeric, milk thistle, and dandelion. I understand a KZread comment is not optimal when asking for advice of any kind, I just want to know if I need to include anything else to detox.

Y’all better listen. Im on dialysis. Twice as difficult to get off but definitely possible. I eat a very specific plant base diet & low protein. You gotta fix all underlying issues while working on the kidneys. My kidney function is getting better now. I’ll be off soon.

I am one of those folks. Two years ago got a call from doctor to go to hospital cause creatinine was sky high. A month later, on dialysis. Stage 5. Cause was high blood pressure and now on a kidney list. Shocked and stunned. It was too late. I thought I was just tired dealing with so much and my diet was awful. I didn't get it. Knew better. Now I know....😢but I'm hopeful..and yes..no one family or friend wants to offer as living donor. Talk about "backed way off". Don't even hear from or see folks anymore. I'm learning and living plant based now and hopeful. And yes, dialysis takes over your life and not in a good way.

Twice these levels were heightened but both times I was just dehydrated. I have no kidney issues. I do drink water more often than I did when I was younger and in construction. I worked yeeeaaaars in construction and NEVER drank water.

I was diagnosed with FSGS in 2003. I haven't had a good nephrologist since. They're arrogant and don't seem to care. No doctor ever told me that taking 800mg Motrin (vicodin) for cramps was a bad thing. My dad was on dialysis until the day he died. So not only was I predisposed, taking the meds didn't help. I do not want to do dialysis. I eat healthy always have, but I caught COVID twice and it affected my kidneys alot. I like what you said, "Spiritual unhealthiness leads to physical unhealthiness". Getting your book too. Thank you and God Bless.

This video was right on time. Thank you Dr. Price. My brother just passed away from kidney failure this past Monday. He was on dialysis for almost 20 years. He had constant high blood pressure and refused dialysis from time to time.We saw his health deteriorate completely over the years until he could not walk, had bone fractures, was almost bed ridden. His body couldn't take it anymore. Dr. Price was right about the emotional, spiritual things contributing to high blood pressure. My brother had deep emotional problems which he held in all his life. So people pay attention and take care of your health.

Thank you for this video. I just lost a friend last week due to kidney failure . She was just fine. I got a message that, she was in the hospital for 2 months, until they sent her home because it was nothing they could do. Her funeral is in a few days😔 Thank you, Dr. Bobby for all the information you provide❤
