If you really think of , the 2018 class is stacked: Luka, SGA, JJJ, Brunson, Trae Young, Mikal Bridges, Ayton, Anferne Simons, MPJ. This are all guys that 1, 2 or third option on they teams (minus Ayton). Then we have, Time Lord, Miles Bridges, Gary Trent Jr., Bruce Brown, De'Anthony Melton, Greyson Allen, Huerter, Donte, Wendell Carter Jr. a bunch of really good and impacfull role players.

It's ridiculous, but It's how it is, so until that changes, I don't think McDaniels will get the respect he deserves. I agree and think people should pay more attention to him but everyone's gonna say he's bad just because he cant do a 360 windmill or something, just like Ja Morant can.

LeMelo Ball was only a little less efficient in 2022-2023 than he was his sophomore year and he was slightly MORE efficient than in his rookie year. His 3 pt shooting actually HELPED his efficiency. He shot the same percentage at 3 pt range but TOOK FAR MORE of them. His problem was EXCLUSIVELY at 2 pt range. At MIDRANGE, his shooting percentage fell. He shot BETTER at the basket, but only took half the number of shots there. This is not difficult. 3 is a bigger number than 2. A layup is a more higher efficient shot than a midrange shot.

Entirely depends on their health though. Neither JJJ nor Morant are consistently available. And it’s likely going to get worse sadly.

@@Thomas_Ericksonto be fair ja would’ve been out there more last season if it wasnt for the suspension then this year obviously he’ll have the 25 game suspension. Still played 61 of 82 last year average 25+ tha past two seasons with jjj yea those first 3 seasons he did deal with more injuries but the last two seasons he been fairly healthy played 78 games in 2021-22 season and played 63 last season while taking home dpoy. Then bane who average 21 last season.

@@Thomas_Ericksonseems like it’s actually getting better with jjj so your wrong there as far as ja I feel d rose and smart will be effective in helping him steer clear of controversy and making better decisions.

@@901_inspired fair. But the way Ja plays the game doesn’t make me believe he’s going to be a long term iron man sadly. His build isn’t good for that level of contact. Hoping he stays healthy though, he’s a fun player to watch
