Those are legitimate Mexican enchiladas! In San Luis Potosí (SLP), they serve them flat not rolled up.

One thing I love about this show that I take their word on these restaurants. You guys go to the mom and pop shops, while a lot of these so called influencers go to instagrammable restaurants that are beautiful on the outside and inside, and the food looks delicious, but when I’ve tried their food, it sucks and is overpriced big time. But TBL nail it a lot on these small jewels that are unknown to us.

Letting people see that food is done the right way with heart and love tacos have a color did greens and make it look so delicious the flautas look great all of his food at the color in the passion of someone who understands how to cook food for people

I am not a big fan of Mexican food. But I would definitely eat anything he cooks. His food looks delicious and he seems like a genuine good man. If I’m ever around Dallas I’m definitely going to his place. God bless him and his family 🙏❤️

If you’re not a fan of Mexican food, try South American food or Puerto Rican food

This place has delicious food! You failed to mention the salsas, they have a hot and a hotter and they both have a bit of a kick and are very flavorful, far more than just heat for heat's sake.
