I made the third recipe last night. I used what I had so had to sub Bisquick for flour. I also didn't have sour cream so I used a 1/4 cup ranch dressing and about that much veggie broth (I wanted mine a bit less soupy for my finicky husband). I had to use different mushrooms and lucky I had some on hand! Dinner was a hit! I think he had tears in his eyes as he thanked me over and over and over for making this dish. He's being really sweet to me today. The key to a man's heart really is through his stomach lol Thank you for this lovely helpful video😊❤

The 3rd recipe looks amazing, lots and lots of onions and mushrooms, you can never go wrong with lots and lots of mushrooms and onions. When you added the sour cream, I though, oh it's sort like a Stronganoff but with chicken instead of beef. Going to have to try it, looks like it would pair up well with al dente egg noodles.

I am TOO hungry to have just watched one of your videos! I really love your category of what I'll call "things cooked/baked in a frying pan that use egg as a binder." When I'm just cooking for myself those are quick and easy and still make me feel like I'm eating something "actually nice." (I'll go all out to the limit of my ability if I have guests.) I tried adding (precooked, diced or shredded) chicken to a potato/egg "frittata" a couple times, but it...just didn't work quite right. I've got some more experimenting to do to see what I'm getting wrong. It may be just spicing. Keep up the amazing work. My reaction is pretty much always the same: "That looks amazing. Hey...EVEN I might be able to make that." A lot of youtube recipes are either too silly to bother with or so advanced that I won't go near them. Thanks, and have a wonderful day. o/
