Another thing occurred to me about that obelisk star. And I've since tried this and verified it. Once you get that connector in Slightly Elevated Sigil up on the rafters, you don't have to take it out of the level. You can directly connect the blue light in there to the obelisk from the rafters. Then all you need is a fan.

That was how I did it the first time I figured it out. In the video, I pulled it out. ... I don't have a reason for it.

its such a nice game where many puzzles have many ways to solve em there aint a "right or wrong way" as loing as thye puzzle gets solved thts all that matter :)

Interesting. Your method of getting the star on the obelisk is totally different from mine. I leave Slightly Elevated Sigil the way it is after solving it and jailbreak a connector from Behind The Iron Curtain. Then use it to connect from the obelisk to the floating connector in Slightly Elevated Sigil.

Yeah, that could work... From where are you getting the box you need to get to the fan after Iron Curtain? Are you not doing the easter egg?

@@OneToughPawn I jailbreak the box from Iron Curtain as well. You have to make sure you take the box out last, of course. Basically, everything you need for the star and the Pink Floyd easter egg comes from Iron Curtain in my method.

Thank you for the video. I came closer to the prism pyramid in the easter egg and i could see some sort of curch hall in there. I wonder, what this hall is about.

Good lord... I looked so hard for this star puzzle. Mind you, I don't think you are supposed to be able to grab the box without falling in Iron Curtain the way you did. What I had to do was in Iron Curtain, when you attempt to exit to grab the fan for the obelisk, you will be on the ledge. If you look right, there is a jumping puzzle that gets you high above on the monument right next to the Pink Floyd fan. On that monument there is a fan as well... which I suppose is normally used in the Pink Floyd puzzle? Instead of breaking out both a box and a fan from Iron Curtain? Anyway, bring that fan back into Iron Curtain using the jumping puzzle backward, and you can then place the fan on top of the solo box in the 1-2 box room you normally get the deflector out. Once on top of the double box, you can grab the solo box, and the fan will fall into the platform and keep the door open. You can now exit with a deflector. I noticed you can also, from the double box, jump through the fence but that's clearly a bug so I ignored it.

*um* I don't know... I think I'd have to try it. I will point out that there are several ways to "alternatively" do a puzzle- both in this game and in _The Talos Principle II_. I just finished the second one this last weekend and I highly recommend it if you remotely like this game.

2:22 connect the blue laser to both glyph door receptacle and star fan receptacle and place it on the wall where yu r n it'll connect to both at the same time :)

That could work... This was the puzzle that gave me the most trouble in this level; there were only like two other ones in the main game that kinda strained my solving skills. ... Then there is Road to Gehenna...
