You may have seen this 15-year-old Canadian in the Guinness World Record Book as the Tallest Living Teen in the World, and now he's turning heads on IMG's campus and in the basketball gym.     I am only 6’-7” and 67 years old and still get asked every day..”how tall are you, did you play basketball”. It does not get old. 7’-6” is the height of Chuck Nevitt. He played BB at NCSU and Houston Rockets. He has two NBA championship rings. He can stand flatfooted and grab hold of the rim. And a super nice person. Ollie appears to be headed down Chuck’s path. I will be watching his progress and pulling for him.

    He’s not lanky like most athletic 7 footers but he’s not as gumpy as a lot of other built 7 footers. He will prolly be good in the nba

    Depends on how much he really wants to succeed. He probably has the tools to make it into the NBA but being exceptionally tall usually means it is harder to build strength and move laterally so he will need to build a lot of strength and maximize what he has. It has already been a decade since we have had a true giant actually excel in the NBA.

    It does feel for today's basketball (at least in the nba) its way more important foot and recovery speed than super height. Lets hope he can do that.

    He doesn’t have that over active pituitary look.. the Andre the giant kinda look. He’s just a big kid!😂😂😂

    @@randyfarnsworth7825 Andre actually looked really normal until maybe around early 20s or so. In the more modern era, he would have had surgery to stop the pituitary growth, but it just kept going.

    Do NOT overwork young man!!!!! Take dance classes !!!!!!!! Tap, jazz, intro to ballet, and other dance classes will seriously build your coordination. Important he learns his own rhythm before being worked into muscle memory that doesn’t support the longevity of physically active sports career

    For 15, he's amazingly advanced physically. Sounds just like Boban. Will have to work on the usual for guys like him: endurance and strength.

    He only needs a 0 inch vertical to dunk and could probably get his vertical up to around 20 inches which would be enough for him to windmill dunk

    The last thing he wants is jump and roll his ankle ...He's 15. Big man don't need to jump. They just need to learn how to POST, shoot, and block shots, and grab rebounds. You expect him to dribble like MJ?!? LOL.... Stop laughing at yourself. Yao Ming is his goal.

    Personally when I think about it I just look at Neil Fingleton because he was 7’5 Somewhere between 13 or 14 and he seem to have a late life growth spurt at the age of 18 which gave him 3 inches

    I’m just worried about him medically - hopefully whatever pituitary issue he has will be addressed so that he stops growing. Kind of tone deaf that nothing in this vid even addresses his out-of-control growth to this point - instead, it’s just “he’s got a bright basketball future if he works hard” ….. ???

    nope, I am 6'2 with an extremely deep voice, I get compared to Barry White or Richard Sterban from the Oak Ridge Boys all the time & the ladies love to hear me talk especially with my southern accent
