Nikolas Rodriguez It's hard to compare the two. KD's career has just started. The guy (KD) isn't even in his prime, yet. KD has done some things Pierce never did, but Pierce has done some things KD hasn't done. Pierce is a much better player that KD. Pierce was a more consistent winner on mediocre teams. KD has been on at least a team with 50 wins or more for the majority of his career. I would say there was only 4 years KD was ever on a "bad" team. Both have been to a Finals. I hear the arguments, and they are good. Pierce is nicknamed "The Truth" for a reason. No disrespect to KD, but he can't light a torch to Pierce. KD has a lot to do still before he even comes close. Not to mention, KD has only played in 7 years of this current generation (2010's). Pierce had already been in his 12th season by the time the 2009-2010 season came around. Not to mention, Pierce had to overcome a serve stab-wound to even continuing playing. The most struggles KD has ever had-besides injuries-was probably the Free Agency before this current season. Not to mention, you look at Paul Pierce's Draft Class, and he might just be the best to come out of that class. Hence, I said might. Meaning a possibility. I can't wait for the Vince Carter dick riders to come out of the woodwork.

The half court one was hilarious lmao I miss the Paul Pierce era of the Celtics when I was in high school but Marcus Smart, Jaylen, and Jayson are great and they're the new wave of the Celtics

Dunks and circus shots are great, but to me, Pierce will always be remembered operating at the top of the key, in a momentus situation using a series of jab steps and pivots to get a jumper off that went in most of the time.

I remember in 2003 he played the Pacers and I knew Pierce was a superstar but I didn't know he was one of those clutch superstars until he hit a game winner over 2 players similar to Kobe and won the series against Indiana .
