Cotto was never the same after that first Margarito fight. I was a fan of Cotto, but it was only after Margarito was exposed as a cheating fraud with Mosley that I understood just how much of a warrior he was during that fight against Margarito and his loaded gloves. Margarito was a cheating coward and should have been permanently banned after his loaded gloves were discovered. Loaded gloves should end your career because you are putting the other fighter's actual life, future health and mental faculties, and their entire career at risk to give yourself an unfair brutal advantage.

@@pp-zu2tv Thurman had 2 year lay off and Broner was gun shy since 2013. Neither of these fighters are in their prime, just because they are in their early 30s doesn't mean that they are in their prime. Prime years is when the fighters are at their best, Thurman was not at his best, neither Broner was.

Cotto was always my favorite guy to watch fight. He was not the same after what Margarito did to him. When Cotto beat him, it was sweet revenge for all of his fans as well.
