Margarito wanted to continue and Cotto acts all tuff like he made him quit, starring. At what? They robbed him of a real win. Margarito only got busted vs Mosley, so we cant assume. All I know, Cotto's face look pretty busted up and he was tired as shit running/avoiding all night long. I guess maybe they werent as cement wrapped as he thought. My opinion, Margarito proved people wrong. MSG souded awfuly quite up until the stoppage. But I aint losing any sleep. It was a good scrap.

Screw HBO! They helped to ruin boxing making it be more about the money than the sport itself. Jim Lampley hyped up on coke or something calling combinations and landed punches that didn’t even happen. He would get so excited that you never knew what would come out of his mouth that never happened to begin with. Max Kellerman was good for many years but ended up becoming a sellout. And OMG Larry Merchant, well, Larry knew his boxing history but he would himandhaul all the time before ever saying a damn thing. Every once in a while however, Larry would show a sign of true brilliance and say shit that was funny as hell, like when he did a postfight interview with Floyd Mayweather and told Floyd, "If I was 50 years younger, I'd kick your ass!!!" Best comment ever made by HBO or the representatives thereof without question. m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/fGqOx9StZbnHh84.html

I'm commenting on what i see. margarito has great endurance and stamina also power but for him to still look for a advantage i understand he's a piece of shit and in my opinion should have been banned from boxing cotto remember is a small junior middle weight and small compare to margarito cotto is a great boxer hall of famer but his best years where at 140/147 in my opinion cotto beats mayweather in 07-08 when boxing fans wanted the fight.

Has anyone seen a fighter stand at mid-ring staring at his opponent after beating him like Cotto did here? It was Cotto's way of expressing his belief that Margarito did indeed have bricks in his mitts in their first fight. Cotto is a reserved and decent man so he said nothing publicly to complain, but he took this opportunity to complain silently with a very loud stare. Margarito knew he was standing there but never looked at him, it was a classic moment in boxing. Margarito's retired now and I think he's been doing some farming. He was hinting at becoming a farmer with his hair do.

As a Mexican, I will always say Cotto is the greatest Puerto Rican fighter of all time. Over Wilfredo, Tito, and Camacho. He was so different from them and was the most unique one I’ve seen come out of Puerto Rico. If margarito didn’t cheat I really believe he would’ve gone on to take out Mayweather and Pacquiao, but Margarito damaged him and he was never the same after their first fight even though he went on to win more fights.

Antonio “hands of st...plaster” Margarito...will forever be remembered by his checkered past & legendary chin. One things for sure, Margarito and Cotto we’re both so exciting to watch, and boxing would have been so diff without them. Cotto deserved to beat the brakes off that boy and I’m glad he did in the second bout. I just wish boxing had more villains like Margarito. It makes for interesting matchups and draws in fans.
