I grew up listening to this music. My mother and father's music every weekend they had their little "get-togethers" with my uncles, aunts and friends. They would cook, eat, drink, play cards and enjoy themselves. The only one I have left from that generation is my precious mother and she's close to 80. The joy I get from listening to this music is the memories of my dear family most of whom are not here anymore. That generation was so classy. Thank you

I have every Supremes 45 & albums. Florence Ballard will always be the Supremes to me. Her voice, even in the background, was amazing, stunning. I always wonder why she was so wronged. Surely, she must have known. I love it when she sings " I can't break away " in Nothing but Heartaches. Those 4 words make the sound thrilling to hear.

There are reasons the Supremes are the most successful US group of all time. Those reasons include talent, style, hard work & beauty. Yes, they had great material, but they never failed to elevate that material with their interpretations. This song is an excellent example -- from those first a capella words by Diana Ross to the last -- great music!

Those ain’t no girls. Those are CASTRATOS. BEEN HAPPENING FOR CENTURIES and continues through today. Sometimes they try their best to tell the truth to the dumb asses. Example Beyoncé===Be “Y” Once 😂 Example: I-MAN 🥳Now you know exactly what is VICTOR/victoria’s SECRET 🥳 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castrato

Released in 1965:this song goes back to my childhood and was in my uncles collection. It moved me then with its unique sound.I would play it over and over-songs were short back then.I like this.

For all of you commenting “Diana’s better”, “Florence’s better” or “Mary’s better” it doesn’t matter what you say you can’t change something that happens 50+ YEARS AGO! I have no idea why people waste their time having arguments about who’s better when is doesn’t matter. They were all better at something in their own way. It’s happened 50+ years ago for Christ sakes drop it already!

I can remember the three, iconic, beautiful ladies who brought plenty of joy to the "Hood." The Chi. always was receptive when they visited the WINDY city. They left plenty of memories to many of us who remember.

i love the Supremes because I remember watching this on TV. I remember watching the girl with the large eyes skinny body and that voice..but when i actually saw them on TV. i was Spellbound by the way Diana moved. from the beginning on this video when they were all froze at at 0:18 i watched the one in the front..with the Cleopatra hair do and large flashing eyes..but check out Diana at 0:18-32 you better work them arms and legs Girl! but Flo and Mary worked the back with those Ooooooews and Moves..this is by far their best performance working the arms and feet.
