For some reason whenever i listen to the WLH mini video essays i want to get my life organized and write things in a journal ..i really dont know why

I'm part Romanian as most of my family was born there. Been there before and met loads of Romanian people in my country (Germany). Romanian girls and women are very impressive people. They're usually down to earth while being independent and strong. Very impressive students as well if they dedicate themselves to it. Those three women are prime examples of tenacity and an incredible work mentality.

The commentary on these videos (& video quality+ editing), make these videos and sport so compelling. Especially the focus on individuals, using them to demonstrate/describe the technical aspects of it all. Didn't care about WL til I found this channel...

Cambei is such a beauty and also a beast.

This was so good! I streamed it through Weightlifting House tv. But it's still great content. Having Max and Seb's commentary was so amazing. I enjoyed watching the competition more because of them. I don't have the knowledge, insight and stats that they have. Looking forward to watching the World Championships.

There is a slow motion video of Loradona hitting a max snatch; as she settles full depth & locks in the catch her whole body & face shake and her mouth shakes & a gut wrenching sound grinds out muffled scream from her mouth. Even her jaw & mouth shake. The expression on her face is one > kill or be killed. It is incredible to the inner earthquake she went thru to fight that weight overhead

This is the best storytelling I've heard in my life. Even weeks after first watching this video I still replay their technique in my head because of the struggles they've had to overcome. I ❤ W | H!

Seb is the best story writer and teller. But When it comes to the game commenting, I really miss the commentators of 2019 and 2018 world. Zack and Seb's live game comments makes ne sleepy. I don't mind the technical comments but we need some Entertaining tones and cives.

Over time I have noticed that you can passionate about something no matter your tone. They didn’t ask for their tone of voice to sound like that,that’s just how they sound. Plus they both have extensive knowledge of weightlifting so that should be more of a factor to listen to them than their tone of voice.

Remember this is a max out lift, any forward or backward movement is always going to be power that could have gone into the bar's vertical path. That being said, make sure you watch them in training halls to see how they work with sub max weights and if they still have this non traditional technique.

So I think that what the truth is that there’s a double standard in what’s acceptable and we turn a blind eye to world class competitors and what they do but the average weightlifter is more likely to be criticised and ridiculed

Interesting Observation. Let me ask you a question. When i look around the Fitness and Strength community nowadays. Influencers etc, most of them are on some kind of PEDs. Why shouldnt professional athletes use these? Whats your argument? Or is it just your Ego cannot endure that these woman are stronger then you?
