Yeah I’m aware, my thinking is that after Shalnark & Kortopi were killed the PT would probably have changed their minds and focused on Hisoka after all, but they still came to the Black Whale. Is it because; they thought Hisoka could be handled later, they knew Hisoka would come to the ship or because Hisoka was headed there first, and if so, why? I should’ve specified that in the video though.

@@R7dman they are using the cat and mouse strategy since machi gave them the message that Hisoka sent , they know Hisoka is coming for them so they’re going to the boat to kill two birds with one stone, kill Hisoka and steal treasure

In regards to the PT, their initial goal was boarding the Black Whale to retrieve the treasure on the upper decks. But Hisoka shifted their priorities. They board the Black Whale knowing that Hisoka will follow them, and this will allow them to hunt him down. They don't know for certain but they are fairly certain he's on the ship as evidenced by Ch. 371. After taking care of Hisoka, they can follow their original goal, which is stealing the treasure.

They knew hisoka was coming. That's why they chose the boat. He can't escape the area easily. Plus they wanted treasure. Swear nobody reads these things they call themselves fans of.

"A enemy of my enemy is my friend". A battle that kills everyone will then pursue. The troupe want to avenge there friend, and Kurapika wants back the scarlet eyes and to avenge his clan.
