my only problem with this is that it goes into anxiety fears that people tempt themselves to better than that only to be worse with everything else they do as they "seem cool". also, some things can seem like you have adhd if you follow such things. im not disregarding, just saying its all nothing to blame. its human nature that we are going over so there is that
"Life isn't about avoiding failure or discomfort, it is about choosing the struggles that matter most to you" epic
I listened to this while taking a bath this evening and there were a lot of things I really needed to hear. There is a project I have been wanting to finally start for a while now but it has been feeling like a big risk and I have grown scared at the thought of taking the leap. Listening to the part about the comfort zone and how trying new things and failing shows that you are at least trying to do something with your life instead of being okay with remaining complacent really resonated with me. Thank you for this I believe it was the kick in the butt that I needed

I loved this! There were a lot of “Uncomfortable Truths”said but now I know that if I don’t face these “Uncomfortable truths” I’m never going to grow as a human.

I’m gonna share this with everyone I know. It’s very helpful and the book is really good and this video just made it more understandable and shorter.
Great read
12:25 I think there’s a balance to that, that idea is exactly why people blame themselves for things that are not their fault and it might not be realistic or a good thing to do. I know it is addressed later but it’s still a very important thing
This video is so good imma start talking to women

I am recently sharing a flat with a female . She was good initially and now she behaves so bad to me and I can't get rid of all those hurt I felt even though I know I shouldn't let anyone hamper me at least mentally but still I wanna be like a"idgaf". So watching this video with a hope

If you have to read this, you may actually give too much of a f*
I started to listen to this video and the first 8 minutes feel like a bait and switch. For instances in my case I have door slammed and gone grey rock with a lot of people because I came to see myself has having importance and being special. I don’t know if the tone in the video changes but what I heard feels like the same talking point people tell others to get over things.
Philosophy algorithm 🙏🏾
The amount of adds... Idk if I can even begin to finish this. I wish KZread paid their content creators what they were really worth.. That way things like this wouldn't become an issue.
Here we go again 🥹☺️🙂the fkkkkk of not giving of one is like one who loves but doesn’t give a fkkkkkkk if they are not loved🤝🤝👏👏👏🤠🤠🤠🫦🥵🥵

I swear I was just thinking similar now that I know how they make these videos now. We on here getting inspired by AI😢
These are all nice sentiments, until you experience that people who don't share these values will exploit you for them. And you can't always say no, especially when it is in a job-related situation. Sure, you can quit your job and say "fuck you" to the boss, but then you throw aboard the majority of points from this book. This is kitchen sink philosophy. It might help those who are already entitled to do what they want, but it doesn't give anyone new or better options. The truth is if you are doing the right thing your entire life is going to change. And most people I met aren't ready to lose everything on the slim chance of winning at something.
Taking responsibility....the feminists arent going to like this video
