but its really hard to cordinate a group of peoples to have simular recolection of an event when they dont know what kind of questions interrigators will ask. for example what they all were wearing what they ate were they ware lokated just to name a few examples. its accually alot easyer to get cought if you try getting alibis to something .

Or she said it to reduce the likelihood of her husband pulling something, with the teens being camped farther from her home. Perhaps she said it because she knew what her husband could and would do, and wanted to prevent it to an extent. Whether for the teens or her husband. I dont think she wanted to see her husband prosecuted for assault or murder. But in the end she still protected him, maybe stockholm syndrome is a reason for why she protected him in the end.

Floors me that they thought the boyfriend - who was beaten beyond recognition and near death - was the one who killed his friends and beat himself so horrifically (like, how would he have managed to do something like that to himself without there being evidence on how he accomplished that feat).

If they were removed and never found it might have been an outsider that didn't want any of the kids to hop on a bike and escape during the attack. I doubt that one of the boys would prepare like that if they would kill their friends in an argument or out of sudden anger. I bet the keyes could be found in the lake or somewhere around the area if someone looked with a metal detector.

I just saw another video a couple of weeks ago by chance about an event that happened 20 years before this where Soviet troops that had invaded Finland in what was called "The Winter War" November 1939 were massacred in the middle of the night while sleeping in their tents, deep within the forests oh Finland. They were found similar to the poor kids in this story, beaten and slashed into a bloody mess with no explanation as to who or what had done it. Thorough investigations revealed it wasn't Finish troops or peoples. The only explanation was from eye witness accounts of shadowy figures in the night with glowing eyes. Have you heard of this at all???

CLASSIC BALLEN. I’ve watched every single one of your videos but this one reminded me of the early days. Dark, vicious, pulls you in multiple directions. The older stories, especially with grainy black and white photos or black and white artistic depictions make it so much more creepy and bewildering because there weren’t security cameras or cell phones ANYWHERE. It was so much harder to get caught back then and I believe that is what makes that time frame more frightening and unfathomable. I know it’s gotta be harder to find/create content after HUNDREDS of stories told, but this one is an all time great.

Yes, the strange, dark and mysterious more and more changed into horrible murder stories. Of course, the material that is strange n especially mysterious is far less and so that material was quickly used, especially 3y ago when it was “we upload 3,4 sometimes even 5x/week”. And horrible murders are often very depressing compared to things that haven’t been solved to this day, because they seem out of this world.

Others say he feeds off the pain caused by large disasters and is drawn to them like a.. well like a moth to a flame.

As someone who lives in an area that gets white nights, they're great, but the downside is we only get a couple of hours of light in the winter. It's basically already dark by 3PM. So you get up for work in the morning and it's dark, and when you leave work - it's also been dark for a while now. It can get real depressing. People in such areas have much higher incidence of seasonal depression, because we basically get no light at all for a significant portion of the year.

When you were talking about the red eyes staring at the tent it reminded me of the time I spent on a mountain by myself. It was after a breakup and had to get away from everyone for a while. I lived off of fish and frog legs and canned goods I could carry. One night I heard something and shined my flashlight down stream of the creek I was camping beside. I was terrified , thinking it was bobcats wanting to eat me. Then I realized they were just raccoons. Lmao. That month on that mountain all alone was the best therapy I could have had at the time. I would recommend anyone with some survival skills and courage to try it. I really didn’t want to leave but had to go back to the so called real world.

Bobcats don’t really see humans as prey and would probably avoid you if given the choice. Now a mountain lion (also called puma, cougar) would consider you a meal. And they will jump you from above, so watch for them atop rocks, up in trees, etc.

@@Katarina-ds5mj yea I realize that now but I had been on that mountain alone and that was the most afraid I got except for the time during the middle of the day I was taking a little nap with half my body in the tent and half out. I heard something hit the ground from the trees above and I jumped up to see what whet it was and it was two huge black snakes going after one of the many frogs I had been eating. lol. I couldn’t go back to sleep after that for a while. 🤣🤣🤣 I know black snakes are harmless but when they wake you like that, well you know. Lmao. It was a great experience though. I was all alone.
