Amazing show, these dudes are nuts
When you’re 50 years old and they picked you to be on a TV show with 3 of the greatest Strongest men to ever live. That should tell you just what level Nick is still at. We could all just hope to be even half as capable at that age.

Nothing really "healthy" about the way they eat, but I get your point. Both the food and the training is definitely abusing their bodies and most likely shortening their lifespans - but they're having fun and embracing who they are and what they want! They are legends and have achieved so much
nice, this is great keep sharing them =D I think I am saving this

Brian Shaw says it really interrupted his training schedule last year. he hurt his hamstring right before they started filming the show. So it didn't heal as fast as he wanted being on the road so much. All of them said that they were hardly home. During the filming of the show. But there is a huge demand for the show. Hopefully they'll start filming again after WSM 2021 if it's in May. Brian Shaw might take a break then.
Seen Robert talk about this show on Joe Rogan. I would love to watch full episodes but seeing how I have to sign into a cable network and you do not upload the full version to KZread it seems like I will be going elsewhere to watch them.

Man being 50 is a LOT of work! You body just goes of rails. Knees, shoulders, hips, after 30 plus years of training it takes a toll (since 1984) Way more stretching, warming up, healing the injuries, changing the routine more often, etc. Thx
I am extremely happy the History channel is doing this.
