There is a problem with "additional" details in that we are told time after time that we will understand end time issues when they happen. Even Jesus does not know when these things are to take place which the Father has put in His control. We are only told that when we see some of these things coming, we ARE TO BE ON WATCH AND READY FOR HE WHOSE COMING WILL BE LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT.

Yes that's true because in the name of Jesus there is conviction and if Jesus is truly in your heart then that conviction that is in you will go against the world. Mohammad was sinful when he started Islam and he remained sinful until his death. The Chinese God Buddha looks like an overweight Chinese man. You can't talk about Jesus in China because the Bible destroys Buddha. when God said let's make man in our image He didn't mean by race. He meant all of mankind was made to look like Him. That means if you took all races in the world and combined all the faces then this is when he says we all look like Him. Now that would be physically. Spiritually is a different story because only the Bible tells us how to look like Him spiritually.

Even though Watchman Nee wasn't permitted to attend his wife's funeral while he was in prison, the Lord prepared a better reunion for the couple before God Himself in Heaven. Praise the Lord!

Indeed we are being surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses of which Watchman Nee is a part. For these and many more reasons we need to hold fast our faith without wavering regardless of what the world will do to us. ❤

What a remarkable man and Brother in Christ. I pray I have even a fraction of his strength if I am ever tested like this.

It wasn't cheap. A man like Watchman Nee was refined through fire 🔥. He would have suffered persecution by the Boxer Rebellion as a Christian, being despised as a Chinese for being non European in the early 20th century, the Japanese invasion, and then, the Communist takeover of China. That's not even to mention suffering the excommunication by the brothers he helped bring to salvation because he told them what they needed to hear, not what they wanted to hear. He also suffered poverty, which led to suffering tuberculosis. He was slandered by fellow Christians. He was slandered by his own blood relatives. He was hated. He was reviled. He was denounced to the point that when he read a report about himself in a local newspaper 📰🗞️, he said, "If this is all I knew, I would denounce myself also!" Misunderstandings. Sufferings. Persecutions. It was just nonstop. But all of this helped him to turn to our Lord Jesus Christ as His constant supply.

Hallelujah Amen. I received lots of teaching from a Korean brother in Christ Jesus and we study the work of our brother in Christ Watchman Nee.

A true witness. Love not your life says Jesus. May we all be found worthy to pass the test.

She found under his pillow a note, written in bold words. Which reads: CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD. HE DIED AS THE REDEEMER FOR THE SINS OF MANKIND, AND WAS RAISED UP FROM THE DEAD AFTER THREE DAYS. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT IN THE WORLD I SHALL DIE BELIEVING IN CHRIST"

A servant of God is willing to submit his own plans, desires and rights to follow the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Going where He leads often comes at a cost, but a servant of God pays it willingly.

We owe it to these true soldiers of Christ , Watchman Nee & Witness Lee who raised up this ministry i belong to now ,Witness Lee who was Watchman Nees co worker died in 1997 and took the teachings of Watchman Nee to Taiwan and the Lord moved bro Lee to USA in the early 60s ,now the local churches are all over the earth ,im blessed to be part of this vision of the Lords recovery in London ,the church in London and i enjoy all watchman Nee and Witness lee publications by living stream ministry,i thank the Lord for this ministry these two men of God ministers of the age Amen

I keep reading his books repeatedly for my spiritual edification, in my opinion he is one of the greatest servants of the Lord of all times. I marvel at his understanding which he gained when he was relatively quite young. I stop reading after every two pages of his book to understand and reflect his insight as they are so deep and mature. Though he be dead yet he will continue to be a cause of blessing for many generations to come. I thank all the partners of his ministry to make us available all the books he wrote, online. He will always be like the tree beside a river which continues to bear fruits in all seasons. Lord I am not only proud of you but also proud of your servants like Watchman Nee. When I got saved, there was so many carnal Christians. I read about his life & started praying to find Christians that had that kind of faith. Praise God He answered my prayers & I’ve been with this church even since.

Many years ago I read a small missal of his called, 'Sit, Walk, Stand.' Corrie Ten Boom wrote of having met him... what a meeting that had to have been!!! They're both in heaven now.... what an inspiration to me to keep holding on!!! God bless all!!!

He is One of Few that were Serving the Real Jesus!!! I actually heard about His testimony, years ago for the very first time!!! This is my second time in many years , hearing this again!!! I heard He was Torture by the Chinese communist!!

It was not the Chinese Communist who tortured him, brother, but rather, the fact that many of them refused to turn to Christ which tortured him. He had learnt, by this point in his life, to love his enemies and to pray for those who persecuted him. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers and authorities in the heavenlies, the world rulers of this darkness. Jesus is Lord. God desires all men to be saved and to come to the full knowledge of the truth. Do not make brother Watchman Nee sad by hating the people he was trying to save. I'm sure his way of life turned even some prison guards out from the authority of darkness into the Kingdom of the Son of God's love. Jesus is Lord. He loves brother Watchman Nee and died for him, even while he was yet a sinner. It is normal for a Christian to give up his life for our Lord Jesus Christ. What's not normal is the present lukewarmness and compromise. What's not normal is the love of Mammon that has undermined the purity of the faith of the brotherhood. What's not normal is that the lust for power has crept into the churches. Oh Lord Jesus! We repent of all of our sins! We turn to You! May Your Blood wash us from every sin! We love You Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!

I'm now 75 and brother Nee had a great influence on me in my twenties,a true Christian

Brother Nee greatly encouraged me when I was a new believer after reading his book Sit, Walk, Stand a commentary on Ephesians. I look forward to meeting him shortly.

Watchman Nee was truly god sent. A man after God's own heart. He lived the eord he preahed and talked about. I have several of his books in my library. He was not ashamed of the gospel. Even until his death. This story reminds me of what Moses said when he was asked about neing Pharosh's daughter 's son. Moses said "I'd rather suffer with the righteous than to enjoy the pleasure of sin for a season." I love what Moses said and i feel the same way. Thanks for posting this video. When I consider this yoke it puts any hardships, on my side of the fence, into real perspective. I would say my trials are really insignificant in comparison. A true encouragement and may we pray for Christian groups meeting in 'closed' countries today who are suffering for the Living Word.

I wouldn't minimise the trials and tribulations of any man. For example, we watched "Hacksaw Ridge" together tonight as a family. The persecutions of Private Doss was no less harsh than that against brother Watchman Nee. Satan doesn't go any easier on Christians in the United States of America than Christians who are living in China or Iran or Saudi Arabia or anywhere else. We're One Body. All of our sufferings are One. Jesus feels it all. The world 🌎🌍🌏 isn't done with crucifying our Lord Jesus Christ yet. It is not enough for them to crucify Him once. Now, they want to deny His existence, or to disbelieve the reality of what He suffered 2000 years ago at the hands of His fellow men, whether Jews or Greeks or Romans, whether Pharisees or Samaritans or Galileans or Gentiles. But the momentary lightness of His affliction in our flesh works out in us more and more surpassingly an eternal weight of glory. And that's what this is all about!

His writings have greatly enriched my soul! I have shared them with many others. I am not a big famous preacher, so i have only shared them with a few hundred. I'm 82 years old now and since I don't get to preach much anymore, I am writing a book about Genetics and the Bible. Much of my foundation in understanding Spirit Soul and Body came from his seminal work, "The Spiritual Man". "He being dead yet speaketh." Hebrews 11:4.

Didn't know he was so persecuted for his faith and died for it. As a young Christian many years ago, his books were among the very classic Christian literature read by truth seeking believers. I hope those books are still in print. May God deliver China from its wrong association of Christianity with capitalism and Western culture.
