Cool online moniker you have there. Lol. ;) Folks always ask me what's up with the 7's to which I reply its just my D.O.B. Some folks say its lucky? It also ties in with the lyrics to Hoochie Coochie Man by Muddy Waters who I adore like all the blues guys & I've been told I was born at 7 in the morning. That's my song right there. I'll have that anyday. Cheers Synth. Keep playing that deep sub bass! I've been thinking about buying a synth actually to go with my guitars to make fucked up soundscapes.

There were absolutely people who tried to fuck with him. Did you not see the beginning of the video? Trolling is entirely a human thing to do, and there are never exceptions. The exceptions lie in how the bullied person gets on in life. Some make it and some don't, and that too is human.

Believe it or not, the Internet is just another community of people. If you follow the rules, you won't get fucked with. Most of the people that get their shit pushed in online break 1 of the 3 golden rules of Internetting: 1. Don't be a dick. 2. Don't feed the trolls. 3. Git gud. Ever since the early days of the modern Internet, Ulillillia has been called the opposite of Chris-chan. Both Ulillillia and Chris-chan are autistic manchildren with some very obvious behavioral quirks. The difference is how they presented themselves. Chris-chan had the same beginnings as Ulillillia: a few trolls and a lot of confused, fascinated observers who wanted to help him. The problem is that Chris was not just autistic: He was as dumb as a fucking cinderblock and had an ego the size of Argentina, so he utterly brushed off everybody who tried to help him - including his counselors and social workers in real life. I.e., he was a dick. He also had a retarded shitfit anytime somebody screwed with him, which gave us the iconic 'sagas' that his Internet presence was divided into. I.e., he fed the trolls. So, the people who tried to help him got fed up and left, and the people who wanted to watch the flaming poop circus stuck around and grew. And because he sucked at everything he did, from drawing to trying to get a girlfriend to *staying out of jail,* he always offered a new disaster to poke fun at. He never got gud. Ulillillia, on the other hand, is very aware of his mental shortcomings and does what he can to improve himself. Behaviorally, he's an oddball, but he's also humble and friendly, opting to use his e-celebrity status to try and explain how his brain works and make new friends instead of anything else. He's also an actual writer and programmer. So, he has not fed the trolls, he has not been a dick, and he is gud. That's why he's now making things he loves and swimming in the lagoons of tropical islands while Chris-chan is in a padded cell for finger-fucking his dementia-addled 107 year-old mother. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk on how to be a functioning person on the Internet.

Thalassophobia is a real and fairly common thing that is pretty deeply wired in humans. I tend to support aquatic ape theory for a number of reasons so the fact a fear of the deep water is nearly as feared as falling out of a tree makes a lot of sense. I doubt it has anything to do with video games, but, it's very endearing to see how even that was something he overcame.

He mentioned having dreams about doing it and wanting to do this thing that he used to deeply fear which is super interesting to me because that's how I deal with issues too big to handle quickly. I kind of repress whatever it is since nothing can be done about it (super healthy, I know) but then my subconscious filters it for me. While I have nightmares about it, those lessen in intensity and frequency over time, and I eventually realize that it doesn't effect my waking life much (if at all) anymore.

Mental illness can make you feel extremely isolated, and like you’re a mistake, so seeing other people dealing with what you’re dealing with is a relief for a lot of people, especially when they can conquer their illness. You wouldn’t say “you have cancer? Everyone gets sick! Don’t let your sickness define you” so why say it about mental illness?

I recently went on a big rabbit hole dive on Chris-Chan, and even most of her early trolls did so with the partial goal of getting Chris to recognize harmful behaviors and fix her shit with lines that wouldn't be crossed. Pretending to be "sweethearts" wasn't cool, but they still used that leverage to try and get through and encourage self-improvement. I wonder if the name Ulillillia was made in the game Final Fantasy V. In the name selection screen, you have normal alphanumeric options, but they also provided a few single characters that combined two letters so you could cram a few more in: _it,_ _ti,_ _il,_ _ll,_ and _li_ There were only 6 spaces, if I recall correctly, but using the double letters allowed you to have more in the same space. I once had a game where I renamed Butz to 𝐈𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢 so I was able to use 12 letters in 6 spaces

Other similar net celebs with tragic lives and ends seem to include a failure of the adults around them to nurture and care for their child in a productive, non-toxic way. When he is first quoted saying "I have 60 bullies and no friends..." I immediately thought of my Catholic grade school experience. I admire his perspective regarding what he must have been going through. I wanted to commit suicide because of the bullying I endured for more than six years.

So sorry to hear about those 6+ years you were bullied, that it made you suicidal. I hope that you've been able to deal with all that and are a far better man than any of those bullies could ever hope to be. Bless you.

can confirm with the catholic school bullies. moved when i was 10 to a suburb, and my life and adolescence became absolute hell. in a sick twist of irony, my worst bully became a "personal injury" lawyer in Kankakee, Illinois.

It always interests me to see the neurotypical take on autism. Because there's always this air of mystery and intrigue, like they're watching an alien species. Where, those of us that are on the spectrum are just like "Yep. Same." No hate or anything, I just find it interesting.

While I can't relate to everything Nick talks about (im like, programming/math-illiterate lmao) I can definitely empathize with it and put myself in his shoes, so to speak. It's so strange to see neurotypicals, who at the very least pretend to understand me, view someone like him as so alien and unattainable. The part of me that relates to Nick is the part of me that neurotypicals will never see, let alone understand. Those I've tried to open up to have told me I'm just overthinking things. It's just interesting, I completely agree.

@@claytondavidson1938 .....The ability to vocalize or the absence of self harming tendencies doesn’t mean they aren’t on the Autism spectrum. Hence the term “spectrum”. What you said compels me to think that you’re the type of person who discredits the physically disabled merely because they don’t outwardly or obviously look disabled. You likely also doubt those who require service animals for unseen disabilities.
