The Story of The Midfielder Who Physically COULDN’T Make A Normal Pass
Спорт
At his best he had a mix of Xavi’s vision, Zidane’s flair, and Iniesta’s playmaking. He's one of the most creative and unique playmakers the game has ever seen. But have you ever wondered why he's never really discussed up there on the top echelon of football Maestros?
Guti had the talent that could rival even the greatest playmakers in history. Yet he never really became a legend like Zidane, Xavi, Pirlo,or Iniesta because of his biggest weakness - himself.

Reus wasn't screwed because of being loyal, but because of untimely injuries. He was supposed to become Germanies main player for the world championship 2014, but got injured in the last game before the tournament, because of which he didn't become world champion. After that he also missed the european championship 2016 due to an injury which means the first world or european championship tournament he played for Germany was that awfull 2018 tournament. Then he wasn't playing in the 2021 european championship because he wanted to avoid risking another injury by stressing his body with an additional tournament and lastly he missed the 2022 worldcup due to another injury.

i am surprised you did Guti i have asked if you could do Guti before. bro im a Barca fan since i was a kid when i saw Guti play against Barca i was AMAZED and i became a fan of him but i noticed the wouldnt let him play much i personally like him more than Beckham . Guti in in the spain selection would have been wild with the assists to torres and iniesta could you imagine the plays between Guti Iniesta and Xavi that would have been amazing!!
Following Gutis career at Madrid was so frustrating to see, because i really enjoyed his playstyle and it was so fun to see him on the pitch when he was at his best. And while he surely has an attitude problem (some of the things brought up here i didn't even remember..) i almost felt like it was just cursed. They kept moving him around and every time when it looked like he found his place a new "Galactico" came along.

Because Madrid is the highest you can be as a footballer. He probably didn’t want a downgrade. Imagine being in his shoes, being aware of your own skills and to be on par with the likes of Zidane, Kaka, Sneijder etc. coming from youth Madrid team basically being a senior player because u have always been there.
