I've seen a regular H2 accelerate on a long straight. It is hard to explain how fast this thing goes even simply as an onlooker..I don't want to imagine actually being on it. And as you said, the thing is almost 8 years old...crazy engineering at KHI 👏

I recently jumped on my friend's Fz09 and was blown away after dailying the Cb550 for some time...so if I were to jump on an H2 right now id probably have a heart attack lmao

Man! You hit this one so far out of the park it's orbiting the sun! This is absolutely the Best Documentary of a Motorcycle Family I have ever seen. Everything is Pro or beyond. All the research, story line assembled with all the right shots exactly where they belong. Not to mention your narration. I could go on and on. Pure Genius!!! I'm so happy for you!

Only certain that I wan to add another braking disk in the front with master cylinder and considering different seat, maybe one from 79 model, should bolt in easily, I hope. But small mods if any. Need to check first am I up for full rebuild before getting in more serious stuff. But watching you wrench helped me build my confidence so I think I will manage. Soooo... thanks? lol

Kawasaki makes bikes like the kid on the playground who has something to prove lol I love the relentless aggressive innovation they did on this series of bikes. Video is fantastic, sir. Great editing and exposition. Please do one of these on the Porsche engineered Harley V Rod. 👍🏾

Before watching this video I never really gave the H2 series too much thought, like you said it is a bike that's very much worth understanding and boy am I glad i got to see this video 🙏

Lmao, you know I try to make these fast for that very reason because I actually tend to do the same with the speed setting. So I try to pace the story videos in a way that I can keep attention. Glad you like it

Everybody spread the word on this channel and steer some subscriptions his way. This is by far the best commentary on motorcycledom I have seen.

I have the 2020 ZH2, and with some mods I get 257hp. I absolutely love the bike; it does feel a bit heavy, even after some deletion, but it still feels nice on the road. Thanks for the video.

Sick video! I joined the H2 family this year with ZH2 SE and it's truly amazing. There just isn't enough content out explaining how great these bikes are and how bad ass Kawi is for making them. I thought the ZH2 was ugly at first (still kinda is a lil) but in person especially the SE model with the green to help the lines pop really brings out the beauty. The looks definitely grow on you more the you get to see it in person.

Everytime I watch one of your vids I want to strive to be better. You got this on lock and you're the man. Ride safe brother.

I missed these, glad to see you made another. I highly appreciate the quality and effort behind them

All I can say this machine is really unique! Even on the race track it’s a crazy experience to ride! Love the H2R

Side note, there are so few good bike channels, most of them are all bro infested, or have a host with a super punchable face (you know the ones I'm talking about) or theres that one weirdly religious bike channel. Thanks! You know, it was that initial photo they revealed that REALLY messed it up, thats a really bad angle...I still dont really like the look of it but there was definitely a better angle to promote at first because I remember that was all we had for a little.

Great video! for the record my Z H2 SE is pretty sexy with the fender eliminator, bar mirrors and an exhaust, and with a 230wph tune I'd put it against any bolt on liter bike. Power wheelies top of 5th..

My father was stationed at Nellis AFB near Las Vegas in 1972. He had an H2 and nearly killed himself and my mother a few times. Eventually, he popped a wheelie and nearly hit the car transporting the base's commander, and got told to sell the bike, or fill the tank with concrete lol. What a machine!

if you are looking for a lesser known story. look into Motus motorcycles. they produced an American made V4 sport touring bike for like 2 years and then they vanished.

You gotta love Kawasaki for bringing this to market, Absolutely insane machine feels like you have limitless power anyone interested in motorcycles should experience it at least once 👊

And damn, I dont really lust after the 636 like I used to since ive been on liter bikes but if I had disposable money and space i'd probably take that up just for old times sake lol

You should imagine the face of the engineers, when they see what the design departement came up with. Can be a hit in the guts sometimes. Speaking about the ZH2. Kawasaki chased me away as a customer just because of looks and the cheap material on their new bikes, although I really respect their engineering. 6 months ago on a convention I sat on all their new models and was mad disappointed

I have the Z H2 on my shortlist for my next bike. It's going to be a big bite naked and it really gives a ton of bike for the money. I do worry about range, because they are thirsty buggers.

I genuinely have to take tank range I to account on day trips, because I don't want to get stuck in the middle of nowhere. But it does look like it would make a great all day ride.

A bike so limited in supply and price that it might as well be a concept bike, however nice it might be to ride. Interesting vid, though. Yep, done and I appreciate the bike for what it is, but holy jesus, that last iteration is really disappointing, looks-wise. Such a shame. Thanks for taking us down the rabbit hole. The 2019 H2 still has 200hp the 228hp figure is a myth . Kawasaki claimed 228 but when tested it was same as the previous models

So lemme get this straight.... even tho the H2R is the fastest bike in the world... can it possibly be faster than the Suzuki 250X?? Idk man... think u may wanna recheck the stats on the 250X... it's got 250 LITERS of Engine.... 0 to 60 in MAYBE 7 eye blinks... brakes that one can compared to Toby Maguire stopping that train in spiderman... and Looks that Zeus himself cannot bare to look at...
