    When I first saw the title of the vid I was afraid that there was an actual recession. But then I realized that it was even worse than I ever could imagined.

    i believe that the current state of the cs market is caused by a couple of factors: firstly, it is a natural correction from the insane spike in prices caused by the announcement and hype leading up to cs2. when the game was first announced, like atrioc said, people thought there would be a massive wave of new players, skins would look better, etc, and all of this hype caused the player count to spike and people to buy skins and open cases at incredible numbers. secondly, cs2 has had some problems on release like some missing content, performance issues/bugs, cosmetic problems, etc. while these are in the grand scheme of things very small and the game is not much different than it was three months ago in csgo, for the cs community they are considered to be very pertinent and it's causing players to temporarily leave the game thus driving down prices. the cs market is primarily tied to one thing, the active player count of cs. right now, players are simply low due to the disappointing cs2 release, but it doesn't take much for people to come back, whether that be the copenhagen major in 2024 or a new operation, so it is my belief that skin prices will eventually rebound. as long as the player count keeps rising, so will prices, and cs players always come back.

    I'm honestly a little surprised that Rockstar aren't doing a side game like a Vice City or San Andreas to keep milking the GTA Online teat a couple more years. I'm sure VI will have it too, but people will expect it to be updated significantly for a mainline sequel.

    If you’re a climber, the best thing to do for finger strength is max weighted hangs on a hangboard. Find a weight to add on or take off that allows you to barely hold a crimp from ~15 seconds. Then you do sets like a powerlifter does. 3-5 sets of 10 second hangs at that weight. Rest 3-4 minutes between hangs. Do this with a few days of rest in-between. Build volume before intensity, as in wait until you can hold it for longer than 15 seconds before adding weight, and add it in 2.5-5 lbs chunks.

  • @xxCaptianNIKExx

    @xxCaptianNIKExx

    8 ай бұрын

    Good god don’t do weighted hangboard hangs if you’re not a climber tho. If you haven’t been climbing for like 3-6 months regularly, doing weighted hangboard hangs will cause you to injure your fingers if you haven’t strengthened them otherwise. Honestly just start with bodyweight hangboard hangs until you plateau. If you are a climber, go for it. I just don’t want a new climber to hurt themselves

  • @yourmomsboyfriend3337

    @yourmomsboyfriend3337

    8 ай бұрын

    @@xxCaptianNIKExx yeah, that’s why I said “if you’re a climber”, but I did not mention that you should be climbing for at least 6 months to a year, which is important. That being said, you can do max weight hangs safely and it can actually prevent injury more than it could hurt, because you’re building the tolerance in your pulleys to handle load. Remember, max weighted hangs are the max weight for YOU, that could mean taking off 50 pounds.

    CS:Go cases got inflated to hell. I had and inventory of 100s from just playing the game and lost them all years ago to a steam bug but I had like 30 and missed the summer spike where they hit 10 dollars. I made 50 dollars just selling cases that used to be worth 1-2 cents and now were 2-3 dollars. It was insane. some cases 1000x their price which is nuts.

  • @sleek86
    @sleek868 ай бұрын

    twitch is literally charging the tax rate of australia. do streamers get healthcare and better infrastructure? and then you have to pay actual real life tax on top of that. it might be a bit stiff.

  • @boomknight1015
    @boomknight10158 ай бұрын

    50% tax rate when you did all the work is what they do to workers. 40% of your labor went to you back in the day. Now adays it''s 15% to the worker and the dif went to the share holders. So working for a corperations, as a group you are doing a 85 for them, 15 for you tax. Twitch sees streamers as workers for them and not what they are, which is a streamer tax.
