I appreciate you standing your ground even after being threatened with copyright takedown. That's one of the most scummiest and slimiest thing you can do to a creator on KZread partly due to the restrictions any strike gives you, and because of it giving you near permanent mark that could lead eventually to termination. The only people who got a timeout were the ones that spammed the same shit over and over again, also a bot could've banned them for spamming. I was there, people typed in chat about the scams the whole time and barely anyone got removed, no point blaming ohne for some random, classic cancel culture type tweet and basic moderation that every stream has.

I reckon St4ck thought he could dip from the csgo scene for a while and then comeback when everybody forgot about his scams. The issue is that the scams are so bad to the point that nobody is going to forget this until he pays back the money owed.

When people act like it's ohne's responsibility to make Stack pay up, when in reality it sounds like a problem for multiple international law enforcement agencies. You guy's are acting like this isn't an international crime, how is a twitch streamer gonna police that?

1. I think its okay he comes back to the scene if he pays back with interest like you said I think its very important that it is with interest because of the amount of time he has wasted and the stress he caused. 2. I also pretty ohnepixel did nothing wrong he got two large donations from him. He accepted and its easy to not want to bring that up right at the moment. Theres nothing wrong with that he has to pay his bills first. I think the only thing I would've done different on ohnepixels spot is instead of boosting his level 1 as a troll I would've maybe used the funds to help repay the victims. Not that it is his fault or anything but same with the situation with slicker on twitch a lot of twitch streamers worked together to repay the victims because it affected their circle. Which a big stream scammer affects a lot of our circle here and we should be helping those victims instead of paying to boost this guy another level which he probably likes. Again though its ohnepixels influence and his choices. Obviously making a video boosting his level 1 is going to get more hype than paying back all the victims.

If you do a job for 30k dollars with no contract or down payment you kinda deserve to get scammed.

while I appreciate a nuanced discussion, I only became aware of these most recent events regarding St4ck through this video and I have to say that I think that Ohne's very deserving of criticism here. saying he felt bad for the XP thing for example isn't just not being immediately confrontational, rather that's outright kissing the scammers ass. I don't know about you, but if I was given an abundance of money by someone who is a known pos like this, I'd feel guilty having that persons dirty money and wouldn't let me morals be bought out like that, which I think is especially the case given the fact that Ohne doesn't quite give me the impression he's hard on money at the moment. I think it's bullshit Valve hasn't done anything to reprimand him, I think the fact no legal action has been taken against him is frustrating and I especially think the fact that any kind of community figurehead like Ohne would sit there and kiss his ass after being given some cash by him goes to show a lot about his moral values, or at the very least the degree to which he's willing to stand by them until he's given enough money to think otherwise.
