This is exactly why when I did a deal with a big creator on YT awhile ago I never asked for anything like this. As much as I would have wanted a profile sign or something like this, I didn’t want the person thinking I was going to use it for the wrong reasons.

Watch out for these scams boys. If someone sends you a link and no matter where you click on the page it asks you to sign in it is a phishing site 😊

I got got by something like this a few months ago. My old friend asked me to be the 5th in his CS tourny. I agreed and logged in. Turned out he was hacked, then the hacker goes down the friends list and does the same to everyone. I got my account back and had to apologize to my friends who the scammer talked to Lucky this was before I unboxed my $500 knife.

I have 5 people a day adding me asking to buy my £114 gloves, Tell me to log into a trading site that's obviously got a fucked up link. Every account they use is lvl 10, and they all look the same, private inventory i think there probs bots

I got scammed 3-4 years ago and I had like 400 Euro inventory, learned my lesson, and now every day left and right random profiles with 3k hours in CS/Dota/Pubg, etc and girl pics are sending me friend invites. Well GL :D

wow the amount of hate people are sending the guy that got scammed is unreal. If it was any normal knife everyone would feel bad. What if the story is similar? What if the guy selling the ibuypower holo played cs back in 2014 for a couple months and curiously bought a ibuypowerholo sticker and just quit and never touched the game till he heard about all the skin prices going on in cs. I mean people are saying he deserves it, but i guarantee hes just as innocent as any other person who got scammed for a knife.

we don't give scammers enough props, scammers have to social engineer their entire existence and find a person who is willing to give them 50,000 for free, whereas the guy with the sticker just idk, bought a sticker for 1 euro in 2014 and held it for 9 years, we need to give scammers more credit for doing actual work !!

Idk, only super dumb people or kids could get scammed. Most of the scammers crumble after one question. It is always hard to believe, someone would believe them.

skins will be worthless anyways when people realise that source2 takes away all of cs´s soul and it transformed the game into just a mediocre fps shooter that is replacable. +look at what valves standpoints on things are. ridicoulus. this game is so done and will not get sicnificantly better. this engine looks like a mash of Newer CoDs and Valorant, feels awful, rewards low skill players and like shroud said "cs will die with 2".
