Do you know what’s actually a nightmare? Attempting to play splatoon 3 salmon run with 7 year old drifty controllers. Literally worse than listening to sheldon without any skip button.

Tenta Missiles weren't actually broken at launch if I remember correctly, I think they were even considered the worst or one of the worst specials in the game at one point. They just got several significant buffs much farther down the line.

@@3p1c_studios Yeah, the "Tenta Missiles Are Broken" and Missile Spam meta was like at the end of Splatoon 2's life.

We’d better get the square as DLC. If Splatoon 1 fans can get City of Colour and nostalgia, I can get Colour Pulse and lasers.

A few months ago it was discovered in the files that one of the rewards of beating Side Order would be getting to access Inkopolis Square in case you're still wondering

0:50 if we're going by initial release to final fest (not counting weird sponsored splat2 fests), Splat1 went from 2015 to 2016, Splat2 went from 2017 to 2019, and Splat3 debuted in 2022. Splat3 is set to last 2 years total.

0:59 they spent 4 years of development on playing table turf then the rest they just kind speedran

"inkjet better in Splatoon 3" son i think you forgot the oppressive dominance of enperry meta (the period of time where inkjet was more broken than missiles and sting ray. and the emperry dualies were the best inkjet weapon with jet and curling bomb. it almost conpetes with crab meta at the start of Splatoon 3 in terms of competitive dominance)

I miss Splatoon 2. It was full of special memories.
