Not for nothing but he did have one scene near beginning of Season 6 Pt I when Tony was in his coma .. But yes I agree with you but then again S5 goes by quick for some reason unlike S4 which is excellent but a bit idle at times .. S5 seemed like every episode had some sort of cliffhanger .. I still to this day thought Chrissy was gna get it after he accuses Tony of sleeping w/ Adrianna and they bring him out to the marsh area ..

The first scene foreshadows Tony B accepting the contract from Rusty and Angelo. Tony B expresses that he can be of "more service in other areas" and asks to be made. Incidentally, conducting a hit is often used as a precursor for being made. Tony instead offers him money which he outright refuses. Incidentally, Tony B later accepts the contract motivated by the payday, somewhat out of his financial insecurity, in the aftermath of Hugh's extravagant birthday party which is also mentioned during this conversation. This is all tied together by the fact that the song playing in the background during this scene is the same one that plays during the Joey Peeps hit.

I realized during this talk, "Bad n Ruin" by Faces is playing in the background. It's just satisfying to realize this played during his negotiation with Tony, then later played when he takes out Peeps. Full circle moment

The song playing on the background of their conversation is the same one on the background of the Joey Peeps' hit. Funny how Blundetto is asking for a better station and more money (despite his protests to the contrary), and the Joey Peeps' hit was a way to earn a "nice payday". Coincidence this musical choice?

Bad 'N' Ruin by Faces, sung by Rod Stewart. Look at the lyrics and it'll make more sense. Faces is an english band that Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood were in before they Stewart went solo and Wood joined the Stones.
