The Snares are an American psych-rock outfit based in Sacramento, California. The band consists of Izzie Gomez, Lukas Brodie, Casey Smith and Julian Paz. The Snares have a variety of influences that can be heard in their sound, including garage/psychedelic rock, pop, noise rock, and post-punk.
On September 2, 2022, the band independently released its first single “Dumb Luck” consisting of 2 tracks and on January 20, 2023, a second single “Kids With Drugs.”All tracks were recorded by audio engineer Jack Shirley at Atomic Gardens Studios in Oakland, California. The Snares debut album “Walls That Sweat” released in March 2023 and they have much more on the way.
