Two small mistakes, at 3:47 I mean Gat X not Gat Pro, and at 10:15 they are the gateron tangerine v1.5 not v2

After all the linears I've tried, I still keep coming back to the Gateron milky yellows. Probably the best bang for the buck that I've tried so far.

Just found out about your channel and subscribed instantly. I love your approach for sounnd testing switches! Straight up comparability regarding your test rig etc., never saw another keeb-youtuber keeping it that consistent. Many thanks! Oh, and sorry for my awkward english, still learning :D
Highly impressed how you can actually hear the differences between the switches. Whatever it is that you are doing with your audio set up, it is capable of at least showing the differences between the switches. Which is nice. ^.^

I thought you were right. I too thought this was the smoothest switch ever.. UNTIL.. The Gateron CJ switch. That thing is so incredibly smooth and it is unbelievable. I hope you get to review them sometime soon!

Loving the smoothness of these switches, but they're quite a bit higher in pitch. I'm in the process of lubing them; it's a shame that you can't film them to prevent them from fully topping out.

Gateron cj’s are so fucking smooth a stock cj is smoother then a lubed tangerine

Bro try JWK Quartz! Literally smoothest linear ive used when lubed! Better than Tangerines imo
Gateron cj poms also got these polished stems and housings they have pom bottom and ink top

I have massive envy of those 8008 keycaps. Hopefully I can save up enough to at least get the gmk dracula v2 err keycaps. They have a similar red and black kind of thing going. Though it's a more saturated red.

Remove some of the screws holding the plate to the PCB. More room to move.
As a stock prebuilt Gateron Yellow user, somehow I am drawn to try out the better versions. Maybe I’ll just go straight to this version.

So technically you grab any nylon switch, ponish the rails, and you have top smoothness tangerine level? Danm, I have to try that diamond paste thing.
Nice vid. But I'll stay with regular Milky Yellows for the value-for-money factor. Thanks. If I'm going to spend that kind of money on switches, I'd be looking at other brands anyway.

t1's are a decent tactile if you're coming from linears. It's not holy panda, but it's also no brown.
