So many thanks for the hard work, it helps me a lot to choose my next custom. Truly respect
thanks for this shoobs been looking forward to a linear switch comparison vid and now im stuck with deciding on which switches to buy 😭
Yo thank you for these comparisons. Also that Arthur throw back was amazingly scuffed.
Man first the tactile comparisons, now this? Thanks for all the work and time man, highly appreciated! Also your choices in jpop is very nice
Thanks for all your hard work. Doing a linear build for my second keeb, and this is super helpful. The lavender, marshmallows and tealios sound the best to me.
Thank you for this review, man. I’m just getting into custom keyboard and this video really helps me a lot. Keep up the good work!

This has been increadibly helpfull. Thank you very much. Liked and subscribed. Could you make an informative video on spring swapping and different spring offerings? I can't find a single one out there.
Top tier video, I'm excited to see how big you get in just a year. Would you do another video like this for tactile switches?

Excellent comparison. Thank you!
You are so chill. saving me from the anxiety of picking the right switches
the lavenders, marshmallows, alpaca v2s, and creampacas sound the nicest in my opinion!! thanks for this v informational vid!!
Great produced video keep up the great work
Nice video! Thanks for actually including timestamps in the description!!! I was wondering if you've ever tried the Khail Gchocs (20g low profile linear switches... Though they seem to have switched to 25g springs now)
Thanks for all you do. It helps fill the void while waiting for shipping from CNA.
that long okayu tho I see you are a man of culture sir
I do have to say after using my unlubed Creams(a sinful experiment I know) for 6 months, they became much smoother over time, to the point of a very noticeable difference between keys like the WASD cluster(crisply smooth) and the 9, 0, O and navigation keys(still a bit crunchy), where I began to prefer them over my Tartarus Pro switches. Filming them also affected the key feel quite positively, oddly enough. Will make some switch/board reviews when i have a clean and proper setup.
You earned a new subscriber. You had me at your timestamps!
I've been loving your videos.
Patiently waiting for my lavenders!! I’m so excited! 😭
Wow love your editing and good comparison. Can you do silent or tactile switch comparison next?
@ShoobsTube
3 жыл бұрын
I want to get a more comprehensive list of tactile switches before doing a full-blown comparison. I do have a review video here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mX2Tmc6go623pbg.html with some comparison, however. Silents aren't really my thing, and the sound differences are not that massive since, well, they are silent so I don't think I'm going to make a video on it unfortunately.
@WanSyazlina

@@ShoobsTube ahh i see. Yeah.. Not alot of people like silents. No prob. cant wait to see more of ur videos tho.

holy crap this is amazing, thanks for the video !
THANK YOU for switch comparisons in the SAME position on the board. It seems that most people don't realize how much the position can affect the sound.
What a godly saint the man the myth shoobs is

I really like this video, are you planning on doing one with tactile switches as well?
awesome video & uploads, very underrated
The Durock POMs are very nice imo, using them in my Kara rn and I'm very happy! the pitch is just right, might swap the springs to something heavier though.

I love the sound of the lavenders! Though someone in the comments suggested Alpacas instead b/c they’re smoother. I’ve also heard Mauves are comparable. I’m looking for a deep-pitched/thocky, buttery smooth sound. I have no idea what the difference would be between smoothness/feel of Lavender vs. Alpacas vs Mauves. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions? If I get Lavenders should I lube them?
@burpduck

if you want thock, get black inks. If you think they're too heavy you can spring swap them.
I love your videos dude
This is the content I was looking for
Kailh Speed Silvers are also really really nice, take some time to break in though, but I also think that they aren't really an enthusiast switch. They are super smooth though when L + F.
I've been out of the hobby for a while but wondering why kailh box switches don't seem to be talked about as much any more? great video by the way
Holy! That's a video lol Did you like more the creamsicles than the creampacas? I'm on the journey of trying switches and recently tried a couple of "creampacas" (Durock L7 housings)... I loved them, definitely my fav linear. Sadly I don't have em anymore, but I have creams aaaand I see Tangies are being restocked in a couple of weeks. Should I yolo buy Tangies to fill a 75% with creamsicles or just buy Alpacas/L7 (I was definitely still going to do it lol)? Btw I checked a couple more of your videos, great content dood! Suscribed!
Good stuff, Shoobs.
Ayyy this vid is back from the dead
