er well no, i got it from an un-official compilation album of rarities and b-sides of the caroline records period; i found other 7 un-official compilation albums with stuff like this, one for each pumpkin' period

Guitars101 - Smashing Pumpkins "Mashed Potatoes". It' in shn lossless files. There are online sites or programs to convert shn files to .wav or mp3.

the legendary sp not even managed to check out the chords properly, sounds awful -- a minor, sleepies, MINOR, that is the very one chord that makes the key, the hook of the song, know what i mean....ohmygod

It's pretty thrown together, but this was early 90s, pre-internet... It was great to hear someone banging the drum for Syd's music. That was almost more important than whether it was actually a good cover or not
