Great round-up. I'm new to the world of slingshots/catapults, and have already watched a few KZread tutorials on choosing a frame, improving aim and all the other basic stuff. I have followed some of the advice of others, and gone ahead and purchased a £25 kit with frame, elastics, and some ammo. What I did discover, after watching a few tutorials, was that the pinch grip would probably be more suited to my baby boomer thumbs than the other options. Thanks for taking the time to share.

I LOVE my SimpleShot slings. I've become addicted to catapults because it's FUN, challenging, and keeps the brain going. I'm still fairly new to catapults, so your #4 Wasp is tough because I don't know how to tie the ends.

Great video Benji!! I’ve gone back to 100mm frames myself lately, which is what I started on. Been using the Pocket Predator Ranger Recurve, GZK sideway slingshot, and the Scout X. Saving my money to get a 100mm from Prime Fork Catapult. That Dan Leighton custom looks pretty awesome though…Cheers mate lol👊

I agree the SCOUT X is awesome, i own the SCOUT X PRO and i love it, plus i have the Scout LT and the Scout 2. I also have 4 GZKs there excellant slingshots and i have the MINNI ROBIN from Snipersling.

Great top 5. I have only just gotten into slings and have the Hammer XT kit and the Scout X Pro (1 week old). I'm still finding my feet with the X Pro, I wanted it to be my forever goto frame and what I would use all along my journey. but there are so many frames I would love to try. I wish there was a try before you buy shop, so we could pinpoint what we're looking for. I want the Gamekeeper ppmg+ pro, Evo V2, Titan Hunter M95 and the Cleaver Pro. also dont want to waste money if I'm never going to use them long term. I will eventually buy a custom of my own and dont care what it costs, but it's useless until I can eliminate those that don't work for me or find a better fit. for a cheap sport to get into it's sure going to add up lol.

Yep, I think a forever frame is a myth mate, I thought that but I can’t help wanting more and more haha! I have a few on my list but just enjoy shooting what you have and let your collection grow 😉

Just a note on the Scout X: you CAN remove the clips and just tie on bands... and remove scales to make a really lightweight slingshot.. or wrap frame with paracord, etc.. lots of options.. I had just ordered my Scout XL when I found out about the release of the Scout X... but the Torque is next on my "must have" list :)

Yeah the grooves where you connect the clips make great for wrap and tuck 😁 the torque looks real nice and most people that have shot it praise it big time!

Nice Channel and nice content. I‘m shooting for years and own a lot of frames. The nice Thing about Slingshots is there are no „good“ Frames itˋs always the Shooter. But if you want to get good accurancy itˋs important to have a good Set up What fits best to your personal belongings. In my case itˋs thump Support, ott, fork with 85mm in Short draw length, 8mm steel, Not to thick Latex and a good pouch. But I also like to Shoot Frames with Other specifications and I really love to built and shoot nattys. But Itˋs also big fun to Shot Frames from another Slingshot buddys build By their own. Greetings from Germany and sorry for my Bad englisch.

It’s really not about the frame but more about the Bands and ammo as well as being a good shot too which unfortunately takes time. Leads are probably best for rabbits but it’s all about that practice and enjoying the process! Hope this helps.
