The Single Greatest Record in Trackmania History

Ойындар

For over 7 years, 128³ Deep Fear has remained the hardest fullspeed track in Trackmania Nations Forever. The sheer difficulty of the track has tempted many of the best players to try to complete it, and to eventually speedrun it for a perfect completion.

I find it very poetic is that on his last run, the run where he gets his 9:59, he starts the run saying once deep fear is done he's "never playing TMF ever again for any reason." He spent years working on that goal and at that moment he had no idea he would be playing it for the last 9:59 seconds for the rest of his life.

Never forget the fact that when the sub 10 minutes TAS run was released for 128³ Deep Fear when Mudda saw it he said it made him feel discouraged to continue the hunt for sub 10 because of the amount of perfection needed and the amount of microadjustment required to get the perfect small speed slides at every turn and reducing air time to absolute minimum on every drop was just simply impossible to be done by a human and YET he did it anyway. As a professional alpine ski racer who has spent years trying to perfect my skiing and always feeling like it’s so out of reach I’m always in awe of people who can truly achieve the highest level and make it look so effortless in the process. I hope to someday be able to compete like that but for now I have to fight for everything and work my ass off until I can be the best. There is no formula for it and this kind of mastery that Muda shows is from sheer time, dedication, and skill. Truly an impressive feat and something to inspire others to strive for that type of mastery.

@@reeseferrell2731 true, but it's very hard to compete against kids and young people that generally have many more hours in the day to dedicate to grinding. No hate tho, I was also one of those kids back in the day, and also a regular winner of many TMNF fullspeed multiplayer sessions. But those days are gone with adult responsibilities, not to mention there's very little reward in it beyond satisfying the ego I guess. Unless you're a successful content creator like wirtual and/or literally one of the best in the world like mudda. But I respect everyone that dedicates themselves to the grind. It is brutal.

idk if thats really true, Wirtual once showed the google trends for Trackmania and the name Trackmania has now only a 10th of the reputition as back than. its kinda weird that even after all the Videos streams and Tournaments and the growth of the Internet as a whole Trackmania hasnt catched up with the reputition from like 10-15 Years ago. (i dont know if reputition is the right word but i think you all get what i try to say)

I love the sentiment you built the video upon. Hard work, perseverance, and commitment. I've spent a good deal of my life playing video games, but I don't feel like I'm born with the natural talent to cultivate like other people have. Everything I get, every achievement I reach in anything, I have to claw, bite and gouge for. I'll settle for now being the record holder in Michigan for a TM2020 map, but I know it's not enough for me. I'm going to feel the need to push another limit. I'm not even good enough to get author medals on all of the campaign maps, and it's gonna be a long road, but for a moment, something about this video made me feel recognized.

You give us a good story, insight and wrap it all in a professionally written script. You have a very good feeling on how to create suspence and feel of achievemet through montage and storytelling point of view. Right now I'm starting to love this - I think - saxophone background music that pulls me into the story. What I mean to say is that please, continue to research and upload these videos. Tell us the stories of overcoming the odds, beating records and achieving he impossible.
