It's a good thing Terry couldn't accept Jimmy's invitation and nominated Plant... because Plant took Bonham with him, and so Jimmy formed the perfect band!

Let me see. Zep sold about 500 million and Purple sold about 100 million. Terry went on to sell 20,000. Ego is not a good thing.

In rejecting Blackmore, Reid did himself a favour as Blackmore was difficult to work with, at best.
