About Clowns : all actual clowns must have a unique face mask. The face is then recorded and portrayed on an empty egg shell which is then stored in a vault with all the "faces" of active clowns. If i'm not mistaken the vault is located in Paris. Using the face(the make-up) of another clown is not only frowned upon but viewed as a crime in the clown community , since you are impersonating someone else basically. Clowning is no laughing matter.

DUDE they have an actual version of this at an arcade near where i live, the first time i saw “embrace nothingness” i couldn’t stop laughing

The Simpsons was created because Matt Groening didnt want to give over the rights for Life In Hell to a television network. So he scribbled the characters onto a napkin. There were bunny characters in the actual show that were part of a childrens show. Maggie had a stuffed animal of one.

I work at an arcade and I hear this game blasting every day I go for a shift. Watching this episode gave me like a severe flashback.

The best combination, Oneyplays and The Simpsons, don't lie you creamed a lil seeing the thumbnail

If Chris is so afraid of the MIRV Nukes he should be glad he never heard of the Supersonic Low Altitude Missile (SLAM). It's an unmanned nuclear powered missile that would have dropped around 16 nukes at its targets and after that it would fly over cities to deliberately irradiate them untill it would run out of fuel (which with a nuclear reactor would be atleast several months). The missile was never built, although I believe Russia is currently developing a similar weapon at the moment called the 9M730 Burevestnik.

It's so weird hearing them talk about how clowns aren't socially acceptable. I was just talking to a friend that other day about that. In Mexico (where I'm from), they're totally normal and nearly everyday things. Like the metaphorical clown shoes get passed down for generations and they have even instagram and tik tok and stuff. It's just totally normal. Here in America it's not, I wonder if that's because of the *ahem* bad reputation?

Yeah, the only reason clowns are still around in mainstream American culture is because of their reputation as scary and evil creatures, like Pennywise from IT. I do think that clowns are still common as children’s’ entertainment in some more rural areas.

One time it was Monsoon season and just pissing down raining, someone had left a jacket on a bench near the statue and as a joke I put it around it's shoulders. I was laughing to myself about it when I turned around and saw all the workers inside just blank staring at me: the big, white, soaking wet foreigner who loves his corporate symbol.

I can 80% guarantee you that it was the parents who wanted to see the Ghostbusters anyways. It's possible for a kid of this era to want to meet the Ghostbusters, but between their 80s parents and then, you know who it's more likely to be. So, it's always plausible the parent took advantage of their child's impending death to meet someone they'd want to meet. I think Chris might've even alluded to this at 11:40
