I'm going there next! Oh, and have you done "Queen in Five Minutes" by Voiceplay yet? I can't recall. IT's excellent, fun, lively and also pretty darn good! LOL, no, it's fantastic, it really is. Say, you wouldn't happen to be a fan of Pirates Of The Caribbean, would you? Because if you do I'd like to recommend (sorry, last one here ,I swear!) you look up The Hillywood Show's musical parody of that movie. A truly epic channel. All fan funded, but some of their parodies are even better than the actual movies and shows! 💙

Adam /Queen has other versions of this song where he goes all out. But Adam is Adam, As Adam says he is a fan of Freddie’s, not trying to be or imitate Freddie, there’s just 1. He only trying to sing Queens songs with justice. He’s been with Queen now 10+years, still selling out crowds. I believe that says it all. Hopefully you do “WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER” w/Queen & Adam. But it must be from ISLE of WRIGHT festival please 🙏 it’s very special

If you decide to watch it, I'll suggest you "The O2 Arena London 2018" because it has a good sound quality and filming and they had use this one on their live around the world album. Like most of their live performances with Adam, KZread has deleted this from their official channel but you could find it with a good quality in a channel named "ROCK n METAl" and also They've put all their live around the world's album performances 💖✨

Adam was born to sing with Queen. His originals are excellent too. The rendition of his original "Closer To You"(live sessions) is one of my favorites! He's just stunning. Adam is a Rembrandt with his voice being his medium. Every note is precisely placed, but he makes it look effortless. I haven't heard this song in a long time. Adam does it justice. You probably couldn't react to it, but there's an older video called "Lady Gaga ft Adam Lambert Marry the Night." The channel is Bryan Fernando Velez Flores. It's a brilliant combining of Adam and Lady Gaga singing "Marry The Night." It's amazing! You'd think it was a duet! (If you've never seen Adam's performance of MTN on Glee, I strongly recommend checking it out, it's so...so...SO ADAM!) And there's a great mashup of "Whataya Want From Me" + "Bad Romance" (Mashup) - Adam Lambert & Lady Gaga on the channel Dylan Egan out there! 💙

You know I hope you could react to the live version that he had sung in their concert. This one is a really good version too. I really love and enjoyed Adam's beautiful voice, power and control and also his passion, stage presence, drama and showmanship, but as you also said it's a reduced short version and lack in the production and instrumentals. We don't have That beautiful guitar sounds, the bass and that dramatical beat. and you know they even improve the production and make it more dramatical. So I hope you could watch that one and react to that too or if you can't at least just watch and enjoy it for yourself because like you it's my favorite song from Queen and I guarantee you will love it.

You'll get all the bits that are missing in this one 😊 For future reference: If you want really good quality live ones for Adam and Queen, go for the ones from their live album "Live around the world", The Isle of Wight festival ones from 2016, the O2 performances from London 2018, The Sydney performance from 2022, The Las Vegas IHeart Radio Music Festival in 2014, The New Years performance from the BBC in 2014 or the New York Citizens Festival in 2019. All of these were televised and/or professionally produced and both sound and pictures are excellent. Thanks for the reaction. I agree with you that Adam Lambert has an incredible 'rock' voice. I do really like the fact that he respects Freddie Mercury's unbelievable talent and doesn't try to copy him but brings his own flavour to Queen songs. He is flamboyant and has incredible range like Freddie though! I don't know if it's true but I read somewhere that when Adam Lambert had become established as the lead singer with the group, Brian May was happy for it to be just 'Queen' but Adam said that wouldn't be right because Queen was Freddie Mercury to him, so he wanted it to always be 'Queen with Adam Lambert'.

Thank you for your reaction. It is unfortunate that nobody recommended a specific performance, which apparently led to your choosing The actual Disney Singalong version. Any live version that you could have chosen with QAL would have provided a better example and allowed you to have a more representative experience, especially if you want to compare him to other people singing TSMGO. The Live Around the World version is top-notch. Although there is a faux video online, Freddie never performed TSMGO live. Unfortunately, he was so gravely ill that he was able to heroically sing it straight through once. After that, studio work was done by the remaining members. It would be great to see you react to QAL “Who Wants to Live Forever”? Isle of Wight 2016. This might be Adam’s most famous performance with QAL and with good reason.

Adam does an amazing work, however I prefer Dimash’s version. Even at his young age and newness of the English IMO Dimash showed more emotion and performance was smoother. Thank you for your reaction. I look forward to watching your reaction to Dimash in the future. Queen is a favorite of Dimash.

DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE CHINESE SINGING COMPETITION EVERY YEAR? IT IS CALLED THE SINGER. THUS YEAR IT WAS DECIDED NO AUTOTUNE OR GIMMICKS SO A LOT OF FAMOUS SINGERS DECIDED NOT TO GO. WELL, ADAM LAMBERT DID. WHO WON THE SINGER 2024? ADAM LAMBERT DID. ON THE LIVE SHOW HE SANG "WHATAYA WANT FROM ME". THIS MAN'S VOCALS ARE INSANE. SEE, I AM NOT JUST A PENTAHOLIC ( OK MAINLY)😂 GREETINGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA

Where did you take all that information from? Well, it is not correct. I'm Singer/Singer is a competition with no autotune or pitch correction from the very start of the show. This season is season nine. What's different is that this year for the first time all episodes are broadcast live. Also, beside the 500 on-site audience, a 500-international online audience was introduced. The season premiered on May 10, 2024, and is projected to end on July 26, 2024. Adam Lambert took part in one episode only as a Foreign Guest Challenge Round, which was successful. No information about whether he will further participate.

Queen was lucky to get Adam. I can’t imagine anyone else able and brave enough to follow in those giant footsteps that Freddie Mercury left. 😅❤ That being said, I really like Dimash‘s version. Because, well, it’s Dimash. ❤ And it’s also very different from the original. 😊 But when you react to it SH, remember he didn’t speak any English back then. So please imagine him speaking his own version of English. His own cute Dinglish dialect. (You English speakers got so many dialects, that no one understands…so what’s one more 😉) Just mentioning this, because some reactors get distracted by the pronunciation and don’t pay attention to the incredible vocals. 😔

This was quite interesting for me! Thank you for introducing me to it - it is some years ago that I heard Adam Lambert singing. I LOVE this song and it normally always brings me to tears, and still I can't really stand hearing him singing this song. I must admit that - after all these years - I don't like his voice in Queen songs. It is obviously (always) a question of taste, but for me his voice is somehow narrow, a little bit squeaky, and I don't feel the emotion. George Michael was a fantastic singer and had a beautiful voice that somewhat could "replace" Freddie... I love Dimash's version of the song much more, although he couldn't speak English yet and had to give "all in" in every performance of the show so that it might feel a little bit "too much" - but: I feel the emotion, the energy, and the richness and depth of his voice is insane, given how high and powerful he can sing. But I just love that Dimash always sounds round and full and beautiful, no matter what and where he sings.... 😉😘

@@lstapes7 If you watched the intro to this video you'd find your answer. I've heard Adam only once before, and the poll won with 'The Show Must Go On'; not any specific performance. I don't know the standard of live performances so it's natural to go for the version with the most views and the one that seems 'safest' - for example, when you search for a new artist to discover their music, will you go for a live performance or a studio performance that has more views? Maybe you'd go for a live performance which is a bit more risky - but when I'm making a video on it which is an hours-long commitment, I can't afford the time to take such risks. If I don't receive any requests for specific performances, there's no way I can know to react to them 😅And I won't watch these videos before I make a video on them, because then it's not a reaction. It's easy to scold people in retrospect, once you're already a fan of the artist and once you already know their performances. So whilst you may not be able to begin to fathom why I did this version (which I explained in my introduction 😉), it would be better for you to point me towards a specific performance, rather than complain. Because it's really not something worth getting angry about ☺Thank you for mentioning any live performance would have been better - that's quite useful. Although I don't doubt that when I choose one live performance, there will be comments saying "you should have chosen this other one!" (it happens every time ) You also say "it would given a more accurate idea of Adam’s performance of this song". This performance I reacted to is still a performance of the song, done by Adam Lambert. It's just a different one to the various live versions out there.
