Natural testosterone production is the no 1 biomarker for how well you will age. I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis

I’m 61 and inject 125mg testosterone methanthate once a week for 12 months. Weight training 6 days a week and feel the best I’ve ever felt. Cognition, lean muscle, sleep, energy, body composition, digestion all amazing. Best thing I’ve ever done.

It's funny , he's there explaining that endocrine disruption is the real problem and his response isn't let's help make all this illegal but let's use yet another corporate money maker to offset the problems of the other corporate money makers.

For the record, there is nothing sacred about being natural. Its just a lifestyle choice like being vegan or yoga. I think there's some stigma is due to the use of steroids as a cosmetic enhancement bodybuilders. Fact it, testosterone is a hormone, not a steroid, which is bio-identical to that which the body produces. Its used when your body (for whatever reason) can no longer produce sufficient levels of its own to keep the body and mind in optimal condition. Without sufficient testosterone your body deteriorates both mentally and physically. Even more special, we all get vaccinated as children, so we technically can't claim natural. In addition, there nobody I know of that get in an accident and doesn't immediately go to the hospital. If you truly claim natural you'd just say home and die or suffer debilitating diseases in pain. @6:35 If you doctor tells you know he's a quack. Find a new doctor. Always remember, your doctor is your employee. You pay him for his advice, but the decision to what's best for you should ALWAYS be yours. Your doctor doesn't go home with you or live your life. It went through 6 doctor before finding the right one. In the mean time (those years it too me to figure it all out), I suffered immeasurable in ways that would terrify anyone even the strongest of will. Just imagine literally losing your mind (you can't), and being completely aware of it in real time as areas of your brain that like memory and concentration simply turn off and stop working. I could fill a data base with the details of the symptom, but no one would read it. One more thing, the old doctors can be quacks too.

Hard to believe this guy got his testosterone up to 700 naturally after years of being on TRT. 700 is decent at most ages. Outside of that great information.
