California Hospital) and has spent his professional life redefining what it means to be in optimal health. In his recent book, ‘Cheating Death: The New Science of Living Longer and Better’, Dr McClain reveals fresh, science-backed approach to genetics, natural aging, and proactive medical treatments and discusses how to access to these therapies to jumpstart their body’s regenerative processes. Bolstered with research and recovery stories from real people, Cheating Death gives readers the tools to live healthier, longer lives.

There's a reason why there's an estrogen range on labs and not checking estrogen or letting it go above the range isn't good for you, similar reasons why you don't want estrogen below the normal range.

@@dansmith9724 was that normal estrogen range for men on testosterone? Of course it wasn’t. When you block estradiol you block the benefits of testosterone in the target tissues. Testosterone is a pro hormone and it acts through its active metabolites in order to exert its beneficial effects. So much misinformation on Estradiol out there and we can think people like rand for that misinformation.
