    This was incredible, I listened to it more than once before commenting...I can agree and relate to experiencing the same things and going through the same things...It is a load off,..hearing you say we were made to fit into a narc relationship or accept one because of our upbringing...(and now knowing the red flags to keep the vampires out of our lives).,...and also hearing that we were trained to be hypervigilent....so I give myself care, time, and use energies wisely..I am going through issues of ruminating over past memories...I guess it's just where I am at...so I am also trying to work on being in the present moment...when I catch myself spending enough time going over something that occurred.....I move,... I get up,,I start doing something which takes activity..even if just washing dishes and straightening up something...and than the rumination stops...its' just part of the healing journey...My goal is to be here and living now ..but I know that takes time because there are things I need to face and understand..why I did this and that ...most of my fears were based on how I was trained to be afraid of what retaliations my parent would do..I tried to be absolutely perfect...and than....I had no idea that striving for that, just made them want to compete against me and bring me down....it was so confusing....I am so appreciative of your experience and knowledge..
