This mans training is chiseled in his face and his voice is a steelwire of truth that all of us can benefit from. All what he says is easy, but to do it is a different story. The true discipline is the self discipline, you're the only one who can push yourself. We as martial artist don't always have car, wife, kids, job, or house. Our life is training, food, water, and the rent, we are in a different world. Easier said than done. Action will always speak louder than words.

A true Story of Life in Martial Arts. This is the real true behind the Martial Arts or The Shaolin Arts. The dedication the devotion the courage to go into the deep of control yourself, to seek the courage to fight your self to get the balance in all time. I came from Traditional Karate-do and our way is the same, our Japanese Master teach us all this philosophy and training movements "different but same spirit", and he came from Japan. There is a big common path from the past that unify the China an Japan Martial Arts. The diference is that in Karate in all this years lost almost all the good things and is almost just sport and "CobraKay", with Shaolin they have the power to continue "behind the Wall's" and protect their knowledge. After My master pass away, more than 20 years, I found another Master, this is Shifu Shi Heng Yi, I did not meet him for now but one day i will be there and we will share our stories. Thanks for sharing this Documentary, Thank you, Shifu Shi Heng Yi 🙏🙇

Thank you so much for continuing to share the Shaolin wisdom. He and your team are truly bringing to light this incredible practice which is not only helping so many already, but will continue to do so evermore. I personally am so thankful to have come across your first documentary of Master Shi Heng Yi's months ago, since then I have been practicing daily and have found so much clarity within this. So much so I decided to take the year off and travel into the wilderness to do some QiGong and evolve with his teachings even more. And with travel I have been to places that inspire me, on top of cliff faces within the raw desert and more recently high up within the Andes Mountains, where I was called to for some reason. Now, with a combination of immersing myself in mother earth and applying what I learn from your videos I feel so inspired by life I decided I wanted to share my journey as it unfolds with the world too. I decided to share my adventure within my KZread page in the hope it also inspires others to do good for themselves and those around us. I wanted to share a perspective from someone who is also doing this work. It is a new journey for us all but I believe everyone who is doing the work within these practices are on the right track to finding the peace love light and joy

I first learned of Shaolin teachings more than 50 years ago. The was no KZread, there was no internet, there was TV; a show called, "Kung Fu". That short lived television show introduced me to this philosophy. I always thought it would be great if the world could be exposed to this teaching. Thanks to Master Shi Heng Yi, now they can. Blessings to you.

So eloquently stated, Lady Jenny. You summed it up exactly and verbalized what I've been trying to explain to people about the newfound motivation I am feeling to reclaim my life. His words and the Shaolin teachings heal the wounds I think a lot of people are feeling. It's not *just* the pandemic (it is...but), it's that on top of everything else and out of self-protection so many are retreating. Anyway - good stuff.

Ingraining the words of yours very deeply "It´s not important that you become a good fighter in this world, it is not important that you become a good spiritual guide in this world, it is important that you find a way to live a pleasant life and in the best case support other people that they also find the same" . I love this with all my heart as well as the truth that we do create the world with and through our thoughts - imagination rules our lives and therefore our planet, the one that nurtures our wants and needs to live here. We truly better should be conscious of and take good care about which power we have to affect and create ourselves and all we´re surrounded by. Thank You for being here for us 🙏

*9 things to quit for all Strong Men🚀:* 1. Caring about what others think 2. Not believing in yourself 3. Listening Joe Rogan (suggested only if you working out/jogging/walking while doing it.) Net = No Extra Time 3. Not prioritizing your health 4. Wasting your precious time 5. Chasing meaningless relationships 6. Wasting or draining your energy from beating your meat 🥩 7. Bad habits, keep reading: 8. Dirty websites (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 9. Smoking/drinking (not good as well! Makes it easy for your competitors to beat you.) Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list.
