The sensational debut of Volvo in the V8 Supercars
Join us in the debut race of Volvo and Cyan Racing, formerly named Polestar Racing, in the 2014 V8 Supercars where driver Scott McLaughlin was involved in a legendary last-lap fight for a podium finish with Jamie Whincup.
Note: Cyan Racing is an independent company that currently cooperates with Geely and LYNK & Co. Cyan Racing has earlier cooperated with Volvo Cars and Polestar but that cooperation ended in 2017. Pictures and videos presented herein might include historical references and material.

I definitely miss the Volvo v8 supercar
I'll never forget this race; the final few corners of the last lap live in my head rent free.
as a Volvo Owner this makes me Emotional
From videos like this, I know it was intense even though it didn't last long.
Im proud of Volvo😍 i work for Volvo cars and they have a great racing history.. Group A Volvo 240 and 850& S40 in BTCC 🏆 and they did well in V8 supercars aswell 👍

Second place isn't winning. But that last corner indeed was suspicious. Why the swerve, the drop in speed, and the lack of acceleration? Either way, they were fighting for second place.
